Description of Work: Owner and crew arrived at 9AM as planned and in ~6hours had taken down, shredded, hauled away 2 multi-trunk river birch, 4 large pine trees (on border with neighbor and 3 old foundation shrubs. I was present and nothing was dropped on neighbors property. Stumps were ground. The crew cleaned up the work area of twigs and leaves, leaving it cleaner than I anticipated. They moved lawn furniture, a hammock and other planters out of the way and returned them to their original placement afterwards. The cost was same as on-site estimate that had been prepared and discussed prior to work being done. Professional from start to finish. I'll get Arborex back for more work.

Description of Work: They took a tree down and removed the stump and roots. The team showed up on time and made quick work of the tree removal. They left the yard in good shape (picked up debris and left very few marks in the yard from the heavy equipment) Their price is a little higher than other companies I quoted, but the punctuality and clean up makes that worth it to me.

Description of Work: Provider was very punctual and actually arranged services on the day the estimate was given. A crew arrived later and trimmed all the tree branches that I indicated, and removed some large, woody bushes and two trees. They ground up the root balls and left the lawn clean of debris. Only one person on the crew spoke English, so when the estimator/appraiser left, there were some hand movements to communicate. They performed the work remarkably fast and aimed to please.

The only and very slight problem was a communication issue initially as to when he would be able to accomplish the job. This was clarified well and he and his crew were responsive to every need and left everything clean and tidy before leaving. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Description of Work: Cut bank of rose of sharon trees, cut off lower branches of cedar tree, trimmed grape arbor, trimmed forsythia, trimmed another group of rose of Sharons, a 2nd forsythia, trimmed a large crepe myrtle, and carried away all of the trimming. They did a great job!!! They were quick and efficient. The only evidence they had been in the yard was all the very neat trimming. The lawn was left unscathed and all debris was removed. We are very pleased and would recommend them to others and would use them again!!!! By the way the estimate process went so nicely. He listen to what we wanted and seemed knowledgable. Description of Work: Arborex took out two dead trees for us; one had fallen into another tree & become lodged. They not only took out the trees but they cleaned everything up & hauled it off. It was amazing how well the crew worked together & how quickly they got everything done. We would definitely use Arborex again.

Description of Work: We bought a big deal to have some trees removed and some trimmed. They gave us an itemized estimage for the work we wanted to have done, but our deal didn't cover everything we wanted done. So, we selected the items that were most important to us at this time and they did those. They removed a few small trees and trimmed the trees hanging over our home. They did a good job and we hope to have them do more for us in the future.

Description of Work: From purchase to the work being done took a full month. However, the work was completed as promised, the price was right, and the crew was professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up when they were done. I would use them again if I had a job that did not need to be completed quickly.

Description of Work: Usman Ahmad of Arborex did an outstanding job. We had seven pine trees in our front yard that needed to come down (pine beetles). He contacted me promptly after I placed the order on Angie's List using a $1,000 of service for $750 coupon. He came out to look at the job and give us an estimate. Within a day or two, he had a large crew on-site taking down the trees, grinding the stumps, and removing any trace of it all. Some neighbors of ours had two trees removed by a different contractor and it took them two days. Usman and his crew removed all seven of ours in less than a day! I would use Arborex again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: The guys did a great job cutting down a pine that was leaning over the road. We felt it could be trouble in the winter if we have an ice storm. We will certainly use them again in the future as the need arises. Very clean crew. Left everything the way they found it.

Description of Work: Cut down a large tree, cut branches from more than several trees that were overhanging our house, chipped a huge pile of branches and left them for us to use. We were very pleased and will use the service again when the need arises and strongly recommend them to others. Did this all efficiently. No complaints at all and we have already recommended them to a friend.

Description of Work: After going through a couple of proposals for cutting some limbs from a pecan tree, I went to Angie's List and found Arborex. Usman, representing Arborex, gave an estimate, but with cautions about the work to be done. He listened to counter-proposals and observed several issues about removal and shredding of the limbs. His crew arrived to the minute of when they were scheduled. They were equally thoughtful, careful, and professional. Several limbs were cut, taken away, and all cleaned-up in under one hour. They were a real bright light among the other companies I've dealt with, and I have no question about going to Arborex again for any tree services I might need
