Description of Work: They quickly addressed a number of issues with trimming and removal of trees, clearing of bushes, and disposal of the cuttings.

Description of Work: These folks didn't call to set up an appointment - so after 2 weeks, I asked for a refund - and got one.

Description of Work: My yard was cleaned up from all the winter damage, and several small to medium sized trees were cut down and removed. Usman is very much a professional who gave several suggestions as to work that will be needed in the future, things I did not see through my own eyes. I have contracted with him to return and finish up a few additional tree issues, and will use him faithfully in the future. Great work.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal in February, but, due to the snow storms and rain and the owner's new baby, the work wasn't done until 3/24. The crew of about 6 men and lots of equipment came when expected and did a fast and very skillful job of removing 2 trees and trimming two others. One problem came when Usman Ahmad, the owner, gestured to a tree to confirm with me that that was the one to take down. I agreed, thinking he would remember the conversation we had about my desire to remove the dying hardwood because it was impinging on the healthy cedar. I didn't remind him, though. I turned around for about 60 seconds and turned back and the workers had limbed up the cedar 6 feet or more. I stopped them and Usman was sincerely apologetic, but there was nothing to be done. When they were finished there was no invoice or receipt, so I found the original proposal and quickly subtracted the discount related to the Big Deal. I failed to subtract the amount for work on the proposal that I had decided not to have done when I wrote the check. He didn't see the error either. I immediately mailed him the correct check, requesting a receipt. He returned my check written in error, but did not send a receipt. I would recommend Aborex to others because I thought that Usman Ahmad was honest and trustworthy and his crew well-equipped and very skilled. But, I would be more careful about my communication.

Description of Work: I had 4 trees topped and shaped. The trees were taller than my home and the branches were touching my windows and side of my home. The Arborex team was skillful and very professional handling the job. They had the appropriate tools and equipment, which allowed them to complete the work quickly and efficiently. Their clean up of my yard was immaculate. I have every confidence in their work and will use their services again.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $219 for $500 of professional tree service. It was a good experience. They worked on an infected bradford pear and trimmed the branches from some pine trees.

This work was added and performed with a minimal increase in cost. I would highly recommend them. Usmon was very professional and upfront in all that he was offering.

Description of Work: A total of 6 trees were cut down. One large oak that was leaning towards our house, 2 medium size trees and 3 small trees. The crew of 7, plus the owner arrived on time and went straight to work. Safety for the workers and our home |was very apparent. They were finished in under 2 hours, including clean up! |I would highly recommend Arborex Tree Service.

Description of Work: They didn't contact me within the two days from purchase. Not a good sign as far as service to customers in my opinion.

Description of Work: They cut down a lot of trees, including trees that needed to be hoisted down one branch at a time because of the power lines. My neighbor needed to have his electricity turned off by Duke Power for the job. They took care of all of the arrangements with a minimal of down time. They also cleared away one of my neighbors dead trees at no extra charge - at my request, after they had given me the bid. They are good people. It was a pleasure to have them here.
