Description of Work: My experience was very similar to one I saw from an earlier customer. They did first-rate work when they finally got here. But due to some scheduling errors on their end, it took almost two months to get them here.

Description of Work: I purchased a voucher for tree services. I called and he came out the next day for an estimate. He said my voucher covered all of the work. The crew arrived the next morning and cut down a small tree (approx. 25 ft) in the side yard. Came out, cut down the tree, hauled it away all in about 30 min. Arrived on time and professional.

Description of Work: Mr. Ahmad of Arborex Tree Services very nicely came out to our house on a Friday afternoon (before a long holiday weekend) and provided an estimate to remove a large tree from our yard and grind the stump. Mr. Ahmad was very professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately his estimate was almost 2x as much as either of 2 other estimates we received to do the same description of work, even with the discount from Angie's list Big Deal factored in. I believe the reason for the higher estimate is partly due to his company being located a good hour from our house, and thus he obviously needs to cover the cost of travel for all of the trucks and equipment required. Had Mr. Ahmad's estimate been in the ball park of the other two estimates we received, I would have definitely chosen to use his services. Thank you for your consideration of this request.

Description of Work: I have used this service before. They are very organized, quick, and efficient, and they always clean up completely. I plan to use them again to trim my trees and bushes.

Description of Work: They removed a very large and diseased Bradford Pear tree from the front yard, very quickly chipped it, cleaned up and were gone in an hour! They also removed a crepe myrtle and several nuisance trees from the backyard. While at my house, two neighbors came over and had them do significant work in their yards. They were both very pleased with their service. Always prompt reponses, always professional. I could not have been more pleased.

Description of Work: Overall they did a good job. I was a little disappointed in the clean-up. Several branches/limbs 12-24 inches left on the ground. It didn't take me long to clean them up but it would've taken the crew about 5 more minutes. Still, good company with quick communication and turn around.

Description of Work: Cut a 6 foot swath around our back yard fence; removing several trees and trimming others. Had a wood chipper on sight to grind trees into mulch. They were very efficient and did a tremendous job cleaning up before leaving. Before leaving, made sure we were satisfied with the service provided. Totally satisfied. Description of Work: Arborex did a superb job cutting two large limbs away from my house and grinding four stumps. They left some high grade mulch behind from the grinding which essentially allowed the stumps to become a very helpful part of my landscaping! i was extremely pleased.

Description of Work: "They cut down the branches and pointed out to me that on of the trees had a huge dead branch that could cause problems later on. |So they removed it while they where here they also cut down two saplings that really made the area brighter and cleaner. My only complaint is that the tree they cut down in the back they didn't cut it into manageable pieces like I had asked for but overall I'm happy with the job that they performed for me."

Description of Work: The provider did not honor deal. He's either lying on the estimate or would be planning on raising the cost AFTER the purchase of the Big Deal. I feel that he was being deceitful.
