Description of Work: We had Arborex take down 5 trees and trim 4. Since I used an Angie's List deal I didn't get other quotes for the same amount of work, so I can't comment on how they compare to others price-wise. From a perspective of Quality, however, I would definitely use them again. They walked through the work with me, explained their recommendations, and followed up before anyone left the job site to make sure I was happy and everything was in the condition I expected. After taking down 2 trees ourselves, Arborex was a pain-free way to finish the job.

Description of Work: Removed 2 overgrown trees including stump-grinding, pruned another overgrown tree. Excellent work with minimal disruption. Great flexibility in scheduling - even though the groupon expired in August, Arborex allowed us to schedule the work for when it was most suitable.

Description of Work: One very large pear tree was removed from my yard. The team make very quick work of the task and entire yard was cleared of debris post tree removal. Really fantastic service and I would gladly call again for future work.

Description of Work: Removed a large dead tree that was close to a new deck .. they were amazing, fast, cleaned up everything -- even blew the dead leaves and branches off the deck. Would absolutely use them again and have plans to do so in the near future. First class operation!

Description of Work: They cut down four large trees and ground the stumps. They cut many small, stunted trees. They either chipped or removed all of the debris. They worked professionally and efficiently, finishing the entire job in about 3 hours. Outstanding crew and operation.

Description of Work: They removed a large tree from my front yard, did stump grinding, and trimmed branches from a tree in the backyard. Both trees were up on both my house and my neighbor's house and they performed their duties perfectly. They even cut down a few extra branches at no cost! They were quick (only about 3 hours) and were very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Triangle!

Description of Work: They trimmed several trees in the back yard, removed a tree-size 2nd trunk from a tree in the back yard and removed the limbs up to about 30 feet on 1 tree in the front yard. | |One thing I did NOT like is a complaint against Angie's List. The debit card I used to make the Angie's List purchase got hacked a few days after I made my purchase. I highly suspect it was due to my purchase through Angie's List and I am not inclined to risk another credit card to make another purchase!

Description of Work: This was our second time using Arborex. We purchased the deal and then increased the scope of work. They removed two small trees, trimmed many trees in the front and back yards, raising the canopies above our 2 story roof line. This brought much needed sunlight into the areas. The crew was punctual and hard working. Also, everything was cleaned up nicely. Another fabulous job by Arborex!
