Description of Work: I asked for a quote it took over a week to have someone give me a quote. It would be 8 or 9 trees. I never received a quote I waited two weeks before I gave up. Whoever came out was nice.

Description of Work: They removed many tree branches that were too close or over our house as well as removing some small trees. They also did a good job of cleaning up the debris. |One tree branch over the house was overlooked. I was not home when they finished and asked the owner if he could return to remove that one branch. He said he would the next time he was in my area, but it still hasn't happened.

Description of Work: The size of the logs were very small. Like big sticks. Not what you think of as a log at all. Disappointing.

Description of Work: Due to my schedule, I had problems scheduling our initial visit, which occurred approximately 3 weeks ago. We met and agreed on a price for the total project. I misplaced their number and email address and haven't been able to contact them. I hope they contact me soon so the work can be done.

Description of Work: This was the second time we hired Arborex, and they were just as great as the first time. Removed a huge Bradford and several smaller trees, plus ground stumps. Team was skilled, efficient, and thorough (including post-work clean up).

Description of Work: The Arborex team was professional throughout the process. I received a quote quickly, and once scheduled, the work was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the site well. I had 5 trees removed, including a tall pine, large maple and very large oak. I even requested to keep a couple of the logs for myself for woodworking, and they loaded them on my truck.

Description of Work: Quote was extremely expensive, could get the same work done for half the price. Decided not to use them.

Description of Work: What a fantastic company! Fair prices, friendly crew and so efficient. Usman setup the initial estimate appointment and was friendly and very easy to work with. He coordinated the job, and his crew worked quickly, and were very knowledgeable. They efficiently removed the trees I wanted removed and trimmed those that needed trimming. I would HIGHLY recommend this awesome local business as they provided did a great job. I wish everyone that I have dealt with treated me as professionally as Arborex Tree Service.

Description of Work: I spoke with this provider on the phone. My mother actually met him to discuss which tree was needing work and other limbs that needed to be trimmed. This service was so "clean" (meaning they cleaned up so well that I didn't notice that the service was completed until later in the week. I will call them again. Highly recommended!
