Description of Work: I initially bought a deal for firewood, when they delivered the firewood they were asked about cutting some crate mrytles and removing some large branches from Bradford Pear trees, they arrived next day to carry out the work, it was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up and took away the debris, they did a great job and I would use them again

Description of Work: Trimmed trees and shrubs to remove dead branches, removed kudzu vine from holly trees and trimmed them, trimmed overhanging branches from neighbor's sweet gum trees. Overall, quite pleased with the work.

Description of Work: They cut down two trees on my property and took the wood and brush away. Did an excellent job. There was some confusion about the scheduled date for the tree removal - they did not come on the day I expected, and showed up a week later by surprise; fortunately we were home that day. The price was reasonable, and their estimate provided breakdowns of the cost--for example, I had the option to include or not include stump grinding, which was nice.

Description of Work: They cut down a skinny pine that was leaning over the house. Everything wnet fine, except the pine did tear some limps from a nearby tree as it feel. I imagine this could not be avoided, but I am obviously not an expert.

Description of Work: Removed 3 large pines, 1 large oak and a medium sized maple. The also ground 3 stumps. | |Usman's team were very professional from the time he did the estimate until the crew finally left. You could not even tell they had been there except that the 5 trees were gone. Did not mess up my yard or any of the shrubs near the trees. They were not the cheapest estimate nor the most expensive estimate. I'm very glad I went with this tree service and would definitely use them again

Description of Work: The overall service was ok, thew crew was very professional and did a very clean job but after shopping around for other providers I noticed that Arborex overestimated the price. Again, the service and the people were ok but the price they charged for trimming down few branches and 2 small trees was unfair.

Description of Work: Removed 2 very large trees and 4 medium sized trees from my wooded lot. Some minor damage to surrounding small trees, but all plantings and property came through unscathed. Bobcat used to move trees out from behind house impacted ground cover somewhat, but I was forewarned. Crew cleaned up debris very well.

Description of Work: Usman provided knowledgeable, helpful advice about our trees when he came to provide an estimate. We had four pear trees that required serious cutting back. The Arborex crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the area when finished. Most importantly, they did superb work on the trees. We fully expect to hire Arborex again in a few years, when we plan to replace these trees.

Description of Work: Basically a good experience. This provider is responsive and prompt. One caveat: The cost is for one day only, regardless of how much work is done. I purchased $500 worth of service for $219...I had a tree that needed trimmed, plus I wanted the balance to be used on other things around the yard. I was not there on the day of service, and a line-item receipt was not given. So I don't know what work was done other than the trimming. I don't know if the $219 I paid bought $500 of actual tree work or not.
