Every time I am extremely pleased.

Owner called the same day I bought the Big Deal, and then came by, discussed my needs, and gave me an estimate. He then brought his crew of 4 guys over a few days later and performed all the services we agreed to very efficiently for about 6 hours. They performed the following services: Cut down an old, dead oak tree, and cut it up and stacked it Trimmed 11 overgrown crepe myrtles Trimmed a bunch of bushes along one of my fences Trimmed a couple giant holly bushes Trimmed a few other bushes Shredded and disposed of it all Cleaned up behind themselves Met with owner at the end of it all, reviewed their work, and then paid my bill. Very satisfied. Would use them again without hesitation.

Usman came out to give an estimate for the work on the day I called him. He promptly emailed me proof of insurance, and they cut down the trees the next day. I had requested a date when I would be home, and they performed the work on Saturday and Sunday. They did the work agreed upon and were professional.

I lost some trees in that big storm a few weeks ago, and coincidentally Arborex was offering a Big Deal so I took advantage of it. Usman was very responsive to the request and came out right away to look at the work. He identified a couple more trees that needed to come out (one had been struck by lightning and was obviously dead in spots) so it ended up costing me a little more than the deal, but it was worth it for the piece of mind of knowing those trees aren't coming down during the next big storm. They cleaned up every bit of the debris. I would definitely use this company again.

The trees were very near the house, as well as a young Dogwood, and Usman was careful working around both. There was very minimal damage to the Dogwood (it was a really tight situation, so a little bit was to be expected), and I was overall impressed with the care shown by all of the workers. All of the workers were professional and moved quickly to remove the trees. They also did a good job with cleanup, even cleaning my gutters! Usman was fair in his pricing, and I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Usman came out for an estimate and we were impressed by his professionalism. He and his crew returned a few days later to do the work, and they did a fantastic job. They worked quickly but carefully, taking down even the scariest trees without incident. They made sure to leave my property clean and were fantastic to work with. And their price was better than several other estimates I received. We would definitely recommend them!

Excellent work over all. Usman was very knowledgeable and friendly. His customer service is top notch. The large crew was on top of the work and did an excellent job of knocking out the job in an efficient manner. They also did a great job in clean up which is something that not all contractors are good at. Usman walked me around the property to make sure I was happy with the end result. I would recommend these guys to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

We called Usman to get an estimate on taking down several trees, and cleaning up and hauling away debris from storm damage. He came out that afternoon and was able to give us a very reasonable estimate, and was comparable to a couple of other tree services we had contacted. We were impressed with Usman personally and felt that his group would do the best job, so we called and hired him for the job. They came out early the next week promptly at the time he said they would. He reviewed with us exactly what he planned to do that day, then promptly got to work. He and his crew of two worked hard all day, barely taking a break. They were efficient and neat, and were respectful of the rest of our landscape. They cleaned up the driveway and sidewalks after they were done. This group has now changed their name to Arborex Tree Services, and I will definitely use them again. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

Gave a prompt estimate , but estimate for materials was 50% less than needed so job was not finished, Left a lot of weeds and debris which they had to redo . Charged $45 a yard for mulch which is available delivered for $33. Quoted $650 for labor 3 Guys only 2 90% of the day .Did half a job of clearing scrub due to concern over snakes. You can get a lawyer to do it for those rates. If you use these people check carefully how they price , especially labor. I would not engage them on job and finish
