Usman arrived at my home promptly on the date and time we scheduled to discuss the tree job to be done. He answered all my questions and provided a written estimate for the job to be done. The job was scheduled for Wednesday, April 30th and I was pleasantly surprised to see the trees gone when I came home. Usman is a man of his words. The weather was not looking favorable on the scheduled date for the job but Usman & crew made things happen even though they got soaked. :) Would definitely recommend Usman and crew for any tree job needed. For me, I appreciated the professionalism and the results of a job well done.

Usman was timely, professional, kind, and gracious. His team did a great job and went above and beyond taking care of a few things that weren't on our punch list. I would highly recommend this company if you have a tree removal need.

Just let me say that the owner, Usman, is AMAZING. I cannot say enough positive things about him: he promptly communicated, he was professional, he was punctual, he personally oversaw his efficient crew and he was flexible when we asked him to add to the scope of work. Even with the the addition of several tasks, Usman was very reasonable with what he charged us and even offered to complete some of the additional the items for no charge. We have a large heavily forested property with a lot of potential work required, but Usman was mindful of our budget and helped us prioritize the essential items. He is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with and we most definitely look forward to utilizing his services again. He has our highest recommendation.

My neighbors used Arborex and were happy. While looking for people to trim our trees, I got a quote from him and other companies. He came out two days later while others took a week or more. His prices were competitive. And because of the good reviews here and with the neighbor, we gave it a try. It was going to be about a week from the time I told him we wanted to proceed until his team could come out. He called me two days before that day and said there were in the area and could come out then. I was fine with that. When I got home, his team of around seven men were nearly finished. They did exactly what I was expecting and spent a long time cleaning up the property. The trees look good and the ground is actually cleaner than before they came. I recommend this company to others.

I purchased the big deal of $219 for $500 of professional tree service from Arborex. Before seeing the deal, I had gotten a quote of $555 from another company. When I saw the deal on Angie's List, I asked the other company if they would match $219. They said no, so I purchased the big deal. Arborex came to give me an estimate. His quote was $985, which initially included removal of a small dead tree free of charge. I refused to pay $400 for him to trim an oak tree on the side of the house, so he said he would need to add something for the removal of the small dead tree--he added $50. If I went with his quote, I would have ended up paying $704 out of pocket (versus $555 for the other company). That is no deal, so I requested a refund from Angie's List.

We purchased deal on Angie's list and was contacted promptly by company via email to schedule an appointment. Usman came at the scheduled time and walked with us around our property and gave advice of which trees needed to be trimmed. He gave us an estimate which we accepted and said that he would contact us with a date to perform the work. After only approximately an hour had passed, Usman called to say that his crew had finished another job earlier than expected and could start the job that day. Wow, we were glad since severe weather had been forecast. His crew performed the work in an efficient manner. They worked tirelessly to complete the job the same day. Everything was cleaned up - even the neighbor's driveway was blown clear of debris. After job was completed, Usman walked with us around our property to make sure that work was done to our satisfaction. Usman was very professional and personable and we were very pleased with the service his company. We would definitely recommend using this company.

Excellent! I've been wanting these boxwood bushes cut down forever! The thought of my husband and I cutting down 13 bushes that were at least 5 to 6 feet tall was overwhelming, not to mention also grinding the stumps. The Arborex Tree Services representatives arrived on time, and quickly cut down and removed the bush debris within one hour. We can see our house again! They saved us many hours of hard manual labor! Thanks for terrific customer service!

It took them only 20 minutes to finish the work. They cleaned up after them selves and caused no damage to my lawn. I will certainly call them for an future tree work. I am very pleased with the results.

I was really hesitant about going with anyone, but after reading the one review, I thought I'd give it a go. I purchased the AL coupon Fri morning. By Fri afternoon, Usman had asked me if today was ok to give me an estimate - same day(!). I said no, I couldn't get off work. He said "Is tomorrow okay?". Saturday? Absolutely. No time off work. Perfect. He came out Sat morning on time and answered every questions I had. He made suggestions. He listened to what I had to say and all concerns I had... many. Gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I said, let's do this. He asked when would be best; I said not a Mon or Fri. He got back to me and asked if the following Wed would work. I said yes. We are now 5 days from me buying the coupon. His guys came out all dresses in company t-shirts ... (which may sound silly, but I feel more confident ??) at about 8:00am. He stayed with them and explained what to do. By noon, he had called me and asked me to meet him outside. They were done.Four major trees, two fell over top of the fence and were held up by another tree on the other side, and debris like you wouldn't believe from the storm. Note that this was in the way back of my house; at least 500 feet back. They could not bring any heavy equipment in because I had just had my septic field re-laid. The carried/dragged ALL of the debris. This really was an excellent experience. Thanks so much!

My experience with Arborex was excellent. Usman was very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. After my initial consultation to discuss services, we set a date and time for the work to be performed. Prior to the scheduled date, Usman provided me with proof of insurance (one of the trees was dead and in between my house and my neighbors house on a small strip of land), which was very appreciated. He and his crew were punctual and started at the scheduled time. The work was quick and excellent. The crew cleaned up after the work was complete and my yard looks great. I will use Arborex in the future. I feel Usman's prices and his professionalism are top notch.

Other than a slight miscommunication regarding day and time, process went very smoothly and contractor did an excellent job. I will use them again in the near future.

Usman Ahmad came out personally to survey the extent of the work to be done in my yard. The yard has not had care for years and my car was smashed by a falling tree during the ice storm. Within a week, his crew came and went above and beyond, removing troublesome trees, overgrown bushes, taking down dangerous branches, and stripping overgrown ivy off of trees per my instructions. Arborex Trees services even cleared off my roof of debris, put back a fallen screen, and cleared my yard of years worth of leaves! I am very satisfied with their services, their professionalism, and the fact that there were no hidden costs. Usman Ahmad gave me a really big deal- with $500 off the estimate.

Usman and team were very professional and unbelievably fast. They did a beautiful job and we have already contacted them to come back and take down more trees. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Arborex was scheduled to come in on Monday, March 31st, to remove the trees. However, due to weather their schedule had changed and they asked if they could come in on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't have a time estimate for their arrival but they arrived around 5pm with all the equipment and staff to get the job done. They did everything that I wanted them to do and left the yard in the condition I was expecting. Later I used the stump grindings as mulch around my yard. I would definitely recommend Arborex.

Usman contacted me immediately after I sent a message through the Angie's List message service and scheduled an early-morning consultation at my request, kindly offering to meet with us before we had to leave for work in the morning. He surveyed our heavily wooded lot and made helpful recommendations about first steps to help with turning it into a front yard. We discussed budgetary concerns, and he was on board with us waiting for about a month so that we could put a little more money towards the service as the price per tree is much lower after the equipment and crew are already on site. Once the weather cleared, Usman and his crew were able to start within a week and got the entire job done while we were at work on a Monday. We came home to see open views of the house from the street, and also our back woods, for the first time! He and his crew did a great job, and nothing was damaged despite the fact that several of the trees removed were very close to the house. They even ground some extra stumps from the yard that were scattered among the trees as they found them. We were very happy with our service in all respects: responsiveness, willingness to work within a set budget, timeliness of the work, quality of the work, and we will be using Usman and his Arborex crew again in the future as we clear more trees from our wooded yard.

I used the coupon they had so we only ended up paying $275. I called and they came to give me the quote the same day. As a matter of fact they cut the tree down that same day as well. I needed to get the utilities marked before they could grind the stump and roots. Once that was done they were in and out around an hour. Very professional and happy. I would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are great. When I first bought the Big Deal ($219 for $500 worth of work), Usman contacted me right away. We made arrangements for him to come over that weekend so he could take a look at our trees and give us his thoughts. We had a great conversation that helped my husband and I determine our priorities. We explained we didn't have much more money to put toward our tree work because we have a baby due in May. Usman told us he could relate and listened to what we had in mind. He gave us good, honest information about our trees and the work that needed to be done. For example, there was one tree we thought needed to be removed (which would have meant more money for him) but he told us that it didn't need to be removed right away - that it was doing pretty well. He mentioned that the trees lining our driveway were probably a bigger risk. He was right - a dead branch had fallen and broken my husband's windshield about a month earlier. Usman really knows his stuff. He gave us pricing information and then let us decide what we wanted to do. About two weeks later I contacted Usman and told him what we'd decided. We made arrangements for him to come out with his crew about a week and a half later (the first week we had bad weather so we both agreed the following week would be best). I had already left for work when they arrived at 9am but when I returned home around 11:30am, they were hard at work. Even though we had agreed on limbing 3 trees at $300 each, Usman's crew had already limbed 3 trees in the front and were getting started on the two in the driveway. They worked quickly and cleaned up not only the branches they brought down, but also some others we had piled up in the backyard. They even went through with a leaf blower to clear the yard. They went above and beyond. We will definitely work with Arborex in the future.

I needed one relatively small tree (River Birch - about 30 feet tall) taken down and its stump ground. About a year ago, I had TWO similar trees removed by a different provider for $500 including the stumps ground. Logically, I thought that if two trees were $500, surely one tree of the same type, height, and proximity to my house would be less than $500. So I purchased the big deal where I would get $500 of professional tree service for $249. Arborex contacted me quickly after I purchased the deal and did make arrangements to come to my house to see the work I needed done. The person from Arborex quoted that it would cost $1050 to get that tree taken down and stump ground. Compared to what I paid a year ago, this was about four times higher for a very similar scope of work. So to get the work done with Arborex, I would need to pay an additional $550 for a total out of pocket expense of $799, about three times higher than I paid a year ago (to a different provider, like I mentioned before). So I decided that I would rather contact that original provider and get them to do the work since it would be significantly cheaper than Arborex even with the big deal. I gave this experience a B because the price was so much higher than what I would deem reasonable for the work requested.

Came so fast and at a convenient time for me to give me a estimate. Extremely reasonable. They are so professional, kind and thorough. We have used him for years. Love them

They were awesome. They did all of this work in 2.5 hours.. They were a little late but called to let me know. The pine tree is horrible but it is my neighbors who did not want to cut it down. They climbed up and trimmed all of the branches on my side of the fence all but the top few branches. They cleaned up all of the branches and pine cones that fell. They took down an old cherry tree, ground it up on site, ground all of the tree stumps and did some extra where there were large roots creeping into the yard. Any plants that were in the way, they dug up and replanted them after they ground the stumps. Best of all was the pear tree. They trimmed the h*** out of this tree and it looks great. I wont have to worry about this thing splitting for a long time. I would definitely use these guys again.

Usman Ahmad came by to see the job we wanted done which was 1 tree removed including the stump. The deal was $249.00 for $500.00 tree service. Usman's estimate would have cost an additional $200.00 bringing it to $449.00 and that seemed like he was trying to recoup as much of the original price as possible. Before I purchased the deal my Husband had gotten an estimate from another company and their price was $400.00 for the same job so when I saw the Arborex tree service deal I figured we would save an additional $150.00 since their original price was for $500.00 worth of work. I was very surprised when he told us $200.00 more. Needless too say we are calling the other tree service.

The Arborex crew was able to fit me in quickly and was very friendly and efficient. They performed all the work we had agreed upon in our estimate and even removed a large pile of branches that needed to go to the dump. We did not ask them to do this, so it was a lovely surprise! They left our yard nicer than they found it by clearing dead leaves from the areas where they worked and cleaning off our deck. We would definitely call them again.
