Usman was very easy to work with. He was very professional and responsive to calls and texts. He did the work we agreed upon during the estimate and more. His crew even removed some dead limbs that were not discussed at no extra charge. He was very flexible as I asked for a price for an extra tree while they were working. The team did a fabulous job and cleaned up very well behind themselves. He was not a pushy salesman and gave honest estimates. I asked about the wood chips and he said I could have them if I wanted. Now I have beautiful trees and tons of mulch to spread. I would definitely use Arborex again. I should note the price included a $249 Angie's List discount. It's also important to note that he accepts credit payment which is a very nice feature.

Service provided was excellent. They were very responsive, prompt and easy to work with. Should we need tree removal services, we'll definitely use them again.

That service turned out very good. They came out and cut 2 trees for us. They were also very nice.

I met with the owner, I showed him what needed to be done. He said he could take care of it without me being home. Work was performed as promised. No need to follow up for incomplete work,etc.

It went exceptionally well. We had never had this sort of service done before but picked Arborex based on reviews here (along with a coupon). Usman contacted me very soon after I purchased the coupon. We scheduled a time for him to come out and look at the work involved. We walked throughout the yard, and he gave us some advice on the work along with some ideas we asked him about. We asked him about a tree we had that we thought was "growing funny" (our words) and he let us know it was diseased and he explained what was wrong and said we should removed it (so we added it to the list of work). After he provided us an estimate, there was no pressure at all and he said "just think about it and get back with him". We did, along with some slight changes to the work. He was very flexible, and the work was scheduled. Part of the adjusted work was us dropping a couple things out that were in a secluded area no one would see(to save a few dollars etc..) He went ahead and did that work "at no charge since I thought you wanted them gone, and I had my machine here anyway". That level of service is definitely unheard of in this day and age. I almost hate leaving such a nice review since I know we will be using these guys again. I don't want them to become so popular that it will be impossible to book them! ;-)

I purchased Angie's List - Big Deal for professional tree service on August 31, 2014. I had several trees that needed limbed up and trimmed. The service was with Arborex Tree Services. An estimate was provided on 9/3/2014 and the work was completed on 9/4/2014. Everyone was professional, courteous, efficient, and on time. While they were here I decided to also have a large, diseased pine tree removed. I was very impressed by this company and could not be happier with their work! All the debris was cleaned up and the yard, driveway,sidewalks and street were left without any sign of the work that had been done. I felt the price to be very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again for future tree services. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing tree service! You won't be disappointed!

Usman was very responsive and easy to work with. I had an opportunity to interact with his workers and found them friendly and pleasant to talk with. The job was done very quickly and they did a great job cleaning up. I wish that I had a better understanding of the condition my yard would be in after a stump grinding (I've never seen or had it done before), but this is hardly their fault. Guess I'll be looking for a yard coupon now! :) I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

Arborex Tree Service always showed up exactly when they said they would. They provided a free estimate with an Angie's List member discount and stuck to the estimated price. They showed up at 8:30 am and were finished at 9:30 am. All the big top branches were lowered to the ground with a rope system rather than cutting them and hoping for the best landing. I was impressed with the professional procedures they used. Even the remaining sawdust was blown off the walkway and driveway. Of the 6 men that showed up, all were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this tree service and would use them again.

The owner supervisor was very professional. Worked with us on the price, gave us a good deal. They were very efficient and did a good job. I have no bad comment to make about him.

Everything went great. I bought the 'Big Deal' and as promised the company contacted me within 48 hours. They were at my house days later and cut down a tree and trimmed another. They were very professional and made sure I was happy with the work or had any concerns. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Their stump grinder was broken when they came the first time, however, they returned on LABOR day to grind the stump and did a very good job. I had a lot of roots sticking out of the ground that they also took care of. They have great equipment and a large staff so they were in and out in about 30 minutes. They communicated both through angies list messaging system and phone. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

That service turned out good. They removed 2 trees and 2 stumps. A crew came out and I did have pay additional. They told me that price upfront and I a paid about $190 more.

That turned out really well. He cut down a couple of trees for me. A crew came out and it took them one day to complete. They could have done a little bit better with their clean up so that is why I am giving them a B overall.

This company was very easy to schedule and work with and their mulch was great. They communicated well via email which is my preference. They dropped the mulch in my driveway as requested. The mulch was as expected--tree service mulch is not triple-shredded, it is straight out of the mulch machine. It is wonderful for plants, but don't get tree service mulch if you expect it to look like something you would by in a bag.

Aborex was very friendly and cooperative in walking through the work I wanted to have done. It wasn't exactly what the big deal was for, but they adapted very well to my requests and did a very good job without me having to be there while they worked. It took a while to get the service done, but I wasn't in a hurry and they communicated accurate expectations for the timing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arborex and will use them again when the need arises.

Usman Ahmad provided the price quote and supervised the crew. The price was substantially below other quotes I received for the job. The crew of six very quickly removed the trees, including a large hollow tree that extended over the house, fed them into a grinder parked on the street, and cleaned the site well at the end of the job. I extended the work twice, first from 3 to 4 trees, then then adding the trimming. Usman was easily reached by phone and was very responsive in getting the added work accomplished the very next day.

Usman is without a doubt one of the most conscientious individuals we have ever had the opportunity to do business with. Previously we had several rather large pines removed and stumps ground by Arborex. They did an outstanding job which is outlined in a previous review for work completed on July 15, 2014. After working to remove the wood chips, roots, etc., it became apparent that this was something my husband (in his 70s with COPD) would not be able to complete. I called Usman and he said this was something he did not ordinarily do. Usman said normally they took down trees, ground stumps, and the landscaper usually had a grading company prepare the soil for sod. Usman called us back the following day and said he would make an exception since we had already spent a considerable amount of money. Usman showed up on a hot SATURDAY afternoon at 3:30PM with a bobcat, stump grinder, big truck, and another worker. They worked until after 8:30PM and left our yard in perfect condition. A large truckload of roots were hauled away, mulch was moved to our back yard, and the ground was leveled ready for sod. They worked non-stop and would not leave until all debris was blown away. I encouraged them to go; we would finish but they would not until everything was complete. I deliberately did not indicate the amount paid, since it was only a token amount of what this was actually worth. Words cannot convey our appreciation to Usman for all he has done for us. If this world was made up of individuals who treated their fellow human beings in the way Usman treated us, as well as his employees, this would be a different world indeed. Should we need tree service in the future, it is for sure we will call Arborex. We highly recommend Usman to anyone needing tree services; you will not be disappointed.

At the time we were trying to have the work done, there was a lot of rain and we did have to wait for scheduling. They were very easy to work with and they did a good job. With the price of the deal, the cost for the work was competitive to others. The work took them a little longer than expected and they worked well around my schedule which I was very impressed with. They hauled all of the debris away and left nothing behind. The only negative is how we had put down new grass seed in our back yard and it was looking to be growing very nice and their equipment tore up our backyard. I was surprised at how much it really tore up our yard and I think that they could have been more careful. We did expect some disturbance, but not as much as there was. Overall, we are still happy with the service they completed and we would contact them again.

Arborex then removed their equipment, cleaned up and you would have never known they were here except the yard looked better! The team is very professional, pleasant, and their work was great value for the money. I strongly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Coupon for tree removal. 6 guys each with chainsaws and a huge wood chipper. 10 minutes max. Called in the afternoon and it was gone a few hours later.
