Excellent! Fast, respectful, and did exactly what we asked.

The showed up in a timely fashion and cut the limbs as requested and asked if I was satisfied as they cutting.

They could not come the first time I scheduled them and I didn't get their messages that they couldn't come until after the fact.

I had a previous bad experience with another Angie's list tree service and was hesitant to try again but I am glad I did. I purchased the big deal of $500 for $219. Arborex was extremely responsive to phone calls and very professional. They took down a very tall pine tree next to a gate and fence. They cleaned up all debris. I will definitely use them again

After a couple of weeks of phone tag, I was relieved to finally make contact with Usman and discover how professional and reasonable he was. He was on time for our scheduled walk through and was very quick to analyze the work needed and offered a very fair quote. . His team arrived one week later at the agreed upon time to complete the project. I was really impressed with how efficiently they worked in completing the job. I thought they'd be busy for most of the day tackling that jungle in my yard, but they actually finished in just a couple of hours I highly recommend Arborex to others and would certainly use them again in the future.

Usman did an excellent job trimming and shaping two very large maple trees for me. When I arrived home that evening, there was no mess and all the leaves and debris had been cleared and sidewalk/driveway free of leaves. The trees are no longer encroaching on my house and I am very happy! Thanks!

They contacted me shortly after I purchased a coupon for their services, the service was scheduled, they arrived on time, and did a great job. Absolutely painless and worry free. The price was just as quoted.

Arborex didn't respond to my purchase on Wednesday, October 8, until Monday, October 13. After a couple of messages on Angie's List, they agreed to give me an estimate on Saturday, October 18, around lunchtime. They said they would get in touch if that changed. They never showed up and never called after I stayed home all afternoon waiting for them! I don't know how they got an A on Angie's List, but I would definitely give them an F for poor business practices. There is absolutely no reason why they couldn't at least have called me.

I asked Arborex to come out to give an estimate for tree pruning. After looking at the trees in question, the recommendation is to remove the trees completely as pruning would provide a poor result. I'm not able to proceed with tree removal right now, but appreciate the timely response and candid advice provided by Arborex.

Arborex arrived for the estimate on time. They provided costs for services requested - letting me know that what I was requesting was going to cost more than the great deal I had purchased. After we had agreed to the service and price, they came back as promised on time and performed the work correctly and efficiently. They were very fast and cleaned up the site very well Because of the difficulty in determining what I would normally be charged for this type of work, I wil avoid purchasing any more Angie's list deals where there is not a specific service or product being purchased. This deal was $249 for $500 in tree service - but who knows what $500 of tree service looks like?

The Arborex team did a great job, quickly.! We had a tree approximately 75ft tall next to and leaning towards our house. The guy that climbed the tree, and systematically removed it, was very skilled. The whole team was extremely professional and appeared to be enjoying their work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I paid for a "deal" on Wednesday, October 8. The provider sent the following message on Monday, more than 48 hours after I paid for the service: "I've you scheduled for this coming Saturday around lunch time to stop by to look at the limbs removal. If anything changes I'll be in touch right away." I replied "ok, thank you." I expected him to appear on Saturday. Not only did he not show up, he didn't even call! I stayed home all Saturday aafternoon waiting for him. I assumed since he had a good rating on Angie's List, he would be at least reliable. Not only is this extremely rude, but I can't imagine running a business this way. He is a definite "F" on my list!

They were very professional and respectful of my property. Did the job quickly but safely and cleaned up well. I had big limbs hanging over the house and fence. They took them down without any accidents or sloppy work. I will definitely use them again and have already referred them to friends.

I was not at home when they came to do the service but when I came home everything looked great! The wooded area looked freshened and clean. Everything was cleaned up very well and it looked as though no one had even been in the yard to do all that work.

They were on time, quick, and professional. They completed the service within 3hrs and cleaned up after themselves. Arborex employees were very friendly and polite. My kids 7+9 loved to watch them work.

Usman quoted 1795, and with the 250 Big Deal, the cost would have been 1545. The two other estimates fell between 850 and 1000. He was punctual, polite, professional, etc, but he priced himself out of a job. Then, he contacted me with an offer to lower the price. I don't think so!

Outstanding service! I called to inquire about an estimate Friday afternoon and the owner was at my house in less than 5 minutes! I originally contacted Aborex about two medium sized pine trees that were clearly dead; however, he pointed out a much more significant hazard where the trunk was clearly rotted on a large tree endangering our fence and house. Aborex came out the following Monday to do the work. They came later in the evening as I requested so the kids could watch. They also trimmed and removed several additional annoying small trees nearby at no additional charge. I asked about other greenish looking trees, but was told they were strong and healthy with a recommendation to watchful wait. Very kind, honest, responsive, professional and skilled team. I don't typically write reviews and am doing this less than an hour after they left because I was so impressed.

Owner is very professional and prompt. A large crew showed up and completed the job in two hours. Job well done. Difficult to say whether price was fair since I did not get other quotes. I would use them again.

Usman was very professional, prompt, and friendly. Came to my house, gave me an estimate. He called ahead to let me know he would be on time or when he would be arriving which made it convenient for me to make sure I was home when he arrived. We walked around because I wanted his advice on some trees. The trees I was worried about he showed him how one was hit by lightning and the other had a disease and the bark was falling off. Both were leaning towards my house. So, I had those trees removed and another large one that I wanted removed to provide more sunlight to my front yard. We also had many small trees that had probably sprouted up and grew and we never noticed that were crowding my yard. So, he took down 3 large trees, a couple smaller trees, and probably cut 10 very small trees. The total came to about $3,5000, but with the $500 bid deal price, he also gave me another $150 off, so I felt it was reasonable for so much work. His crew did all the work in one afternoon, removed all the trees, cleaned up nicely, and left no damage to other trees and shrubbery. I felt like it was a lot of money, but worth it and a fair price. My only regret was that he did not grind up the stumps.. I forgot to ask about that, (one stump he said could not be ground because it was part of an incline and removing the stump will erode the hill), but the large stumps are a bit unsightly. I would defiantly use this service again. Usman and his team were incredibly nice, professional, and responsive.

Would consider using Arborex in the future though.

First off they showed up right on schedule. They did exactly what we agreed on if not more. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned everything up beautifully and the owner came with the crew and stated that they always work together. I will defiantly use them again and i have recommended them to a neighbor.

They were very good. I called around and they were very responsive and we were able to get scheduled right away, which I appreciated. They were very professional. Their pricing was also very good.

All in all, a great experience. Usman followed up from my Angie's List inquiry very quickly and we scheduled an appointment. He missed the appointment (and was totally apologetic - it happens) but came out a couple of days later. He was the lowest of 3 bids, all from top-rated Angie's List companies, but also the most easy-going of the lot. I liked him. The craziest thing was the variance in bids - over $1,100 between the three of them. Usman was in line with what I expected to pay and so he got the job. They arrived this morning almost 3 hours early, which while slightly inconvenient, at least was on the early side and not late. His crew went to work immediately and had the job done within 4-5 hours. His crew was cordial, outgoing, hard-working and clean. No smoking, drinking, cursing, etc. Everyone had a job and knew how to do it. There had to be at least 10 guys. Clean-up was thorough and, aside from the trees being gone, you wouldn't know they were there. Stumps were ground 12"+ below grade and they took out all of the exposed roots as well. Have already recommended them to a co-worker. We need more small business owners like Usman.

They came out when they said they would, quickly went to work, and completed everything just as they said they would. Reliable, honest and great quality.
