First let me state right upfront, Usman is a great guy to deal with. He showed up on time. His estimate was very reasonable given my assumption of the difficulty of the task. His team performed the work and cleaned up completely - as if they were not there. Exactly what I want from a tree service. I will absolutely call Usman at Arborex when I need tree work performed again.

Arborex's team was great. I had 7 men who worked about 5 hours on our first day, and completed most of the work. They cleaned up as they went, and also did the addtional work of moving out my leaves to ensure that my front yard looked as good as possible after the trees were cleaned up. I am currently scheduling the rest of the labor, and have found the Team Lead very easy to work with regarding a difficult schedule. Have patience with this process, as the work Arborex does is definitely worth the wait!

They brought a large, skilled crew who got all of the work done quickly and well. They left our place clean and looking fantastic. I highly recommend them. Their price isn't the lowest, but the quality of their work and professionalism is excellent.

Did a good job. Ground up all the limbs and left the place clean and neat. Very personable and professional young man. Checked to make sure I was satisfied with the job before hr left.

Made initial contact via Angie's List messaging to utilize a coupon special from Arborex. I was not on a strong timeframe to get work done, so took a few days to setup actual estimate visit. Usman confirmed estimate to remove 2 dead trees. No pressure information about some other optional things to consider. I elected to have one of the optional things done, some trimming to get branches off a street light. His price for the work was competitive... and quite good using the coupon. The crew showed up promptly a few days later as planned. Very efficient, friendly crew. Foreman confirmed what needed to be done and solicited feedback while up trimming the tree. Other 2 dead trees came down quickly. Yard was cleaned up as they went along. Whole process went well.

I contacted Mr Ahmad about coming out to take a look at a tree and we communicated and set up a date for him to take a look and give me an estimate. He came left the estimate and followed up with a phone call. He was very patient and answered my questions, listened to and addressed my concerns. Arborex called me in advance to arrange the removal of the tree on Friday, November 28, 2014 as I had to leave the gate open to allow them access to the back. I confirmed and they arrived the next morning to remove the tree. Mr Ahmad personally introduced himself and let me know they were ready to start. The tree was very close to the house and there was not a lot of room to work. His team took a look around and started work. We were "ultra- impressed". The "team" (because they really worked together) - removed branches on the way up, and removed them. The gentleman who did the work going up the tree receives A+ for safety, professionalism, and skill as well as the entire team. They cut the branches and controlled the fall so that things were away from the house and the deck. They were neat, conscience, efficient and polite. In addition they were very respectful of the property they were working on and the area around the property they were work on. They cleaned up, cleared and hauled everything away. I was so pleased with the job they did and the way they cleaned up, cleared and hauled everything away. I will definitely call them back in addition to recommending them to associates who need this type of work done. I have given this company an "A" only because that is the highest rating I can give, but they deserved and A+ because their work was truly excellent.

I found the owner to be very professional and very courteous in discussing the projects I wanted his firm to complete. I found his price for performing all of the above services to be extremely reasonable and competitive. I found his 'special' offer of $389 for $800 of service to be very attractive. I highly recommend Arborex Tree Service and I would gladly retain them for future work.

They were very careful working around the wires and did an excellent job cleaning up,Called them on Monday --- the tree was gone by Tuesday.

They were prompt and efficient. They told us what they were planning to do prior to doing the work and were able to make our property look significantly nicer. Thank you Arborex!!

On May 9, we purchased an Angie's List deal to provide 10 cubic yards of natural hardwood mulch for $69. We made several appointments to have the mulch delivered, but for one reason or another the appointments weren't kept. The mulch was finally delivered in August. I gave Arborex and overall rating of C. I had no issues with the price and quality of the mulch they provided.

I purchased the coupon on Angie's List and Arborex initially came over to provide pruning of trees in the front yard. I was happy with the results so I called them back for a bigger job in the backyard. Usman and his team are consummate professionals, and we were very happy with the tree removal and pruning services provided by this excellent company. He is responsive and friendly, and the entire team is hardworking and performed a great job in what was a tough job removing trees from a steep, hilly backyard where we recently moved in. Cleaned and cleared and hauled everything away afterwards. I would certainly call them back and use Arborex again for future projects and highly recommend them.

We called on a Saturday and Usman arrived promptly on Monday to give us an estimate. We explained that we needed the work done as soon as possible so we could have a new septic system installed. He and and his crew came back the very next day to do the work. They were very skilled and worked quickly and efficiently. We were amazed at the amount of excellent quality work they were able to do in such a short time. They not only did the work we asked them to do, but also left our property looking much better than it did before they arrived. Usman is a true professional and we would definitely use his company again in the future.

The job went very well. The Arborex crew was efficient, worked carefully, diligently and everything on my to do list was completed. The Arborex owner, Mr. Usman Ahmad was very communicative and thoughtful of our needs and effectively prioritized tasks. Also, Mr. Ahmad remained on site during the entire job and was constantly checking the work being done. In all the service was excellent, our property looks great!

I can't say enough about this team. They were courteous, professional, and extremely quick. They removed a HUGE oak tree from my back yard in a couple of hours, taking it down piece by piece, then felling the last bit. They disposed of much of the wood, and chopped up the rest for firewood for us. They even cut us 4 rounds of the trunk to use as seats around our fire pit. I will definitely be using them again. With the Angies list offer they were also extremely competitively priced.

Mr Ahmad came out and talked to me about the tree. It seems that we do not need to remove the tree right away. The pricing for another tree that needed work wasn't going to be as good of a deal as needed. Therefore we decided to just cancel the deal.

Overall, Arborex did a great job. I used up the deal value ($119) and then paid an additional $300 for more trimming. I had to have the crew come back to trim dead branches on several trees that were missed the first time. With my oversight, they took care of it. They didn't, however, haul away the trimmings from the second service. Instead, they dumped them over the side of a bank of a dry creek bed. I didn't see this until a few days after they had done it. I'd definitely use Arborex in the future for tree trimming needs. The estimator and the workers showed up as scheduled on time and were very professional and cleaned up my yard well after the work was completed.

The company never contacted me when they said they would so I did not end up using their services.

Perfect! Fast, efficient, no collateral damage to the structure, other trees, or the lawn. Left the entire area in better condition than it was and I'm a neat freak. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

I'm so impressed with the professionalism of the owner (Usman) and crew of Arborex Tree Services. Communication was outstanding: Usman was reachable by both phone and email, and he was proactive in arranging appointment times and keeping me posted on exactly when he and the crew could be expected to arrive. And they showed up when he said they would! The crew seemed both at ease and careful as they worked. I was relieved that they seemed to be in excellent control of the situation as they took down one dead & very brittle tree that could have been a disaster if approached by less skillful people. They did a great job of putting trees and heavy branches down without damaging surrounding vegetation, everyone I encountered was very polite, and cleanup was terrific (the yard and driveway looked better after Usman and team were done than before they arrived). I can recommend Arborex Tree Services without reservation and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The work and professionalism is outstanding. Communication was constant and reliable. From the initial quote to the completion of work, Usman and team were wonderful. Tree removal with surface roots is a messy job, but they minimized the damage to the yard. You quickly learn that they know what they are doing. A few of the team had to return to finish the grinding, and that job was completed on time and with utmost care. Tree pruning was excellent and fast. Will definitely use Arborex in the future and I have already passed along reference to others in the neighborhood.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angie's list for $500 of tree work for $219. The trees behind our house had grown such that they are over the back deck and part of the roof of our house. I had the tree company remove all the branches that were above our roof and deck. Some of the branches were large and had to be lowered with a rope. One of the workers went up the tree and attached a rope to the limb. He then cut it off and the workers on the ground lower it and cut it up. They used a large tree grinder to cut up the wood and all of it went in to a large truck. I also had them clean up some old pine trees that were laying in our natural area. The total cost was $219 for the special deal and $750 more for all the addition work that was done. The total was $969.00

It went great, Usman came through on this job. He responded quickly, we agreed on a total price Friday, he did the work Monday. Thats fast! Also removed wisteria vines, blew leaves off patio and yard when they finished. It looks better than I anticipated. I will use them again and highly recommend Arborex Tree Services to all. AAA+++
