Arborex Tree Services

It went very well. Arborex worked efficiently to take down my 3 trees and cleaned up all the debris in my yard. Owner was courteous and punctual.

They came out and trimmed some tree's. They look good.

My experience with them was very good. The cost ended up going over the $219 Big Deal purchase price. The young man who owns the company, Usman, is a terrific young man. He has a very talented crew. I was very happy with the work. The transaction was very good. I paid $219 for the Big Deal and I think that was for $500 worth of work and that he took the $300 off of whatever the final bill was. It worked out very seamlessly. He quoted me a price before they did the work and in my opinion, I thought they ended up doing another $100 or $200 worth of work. When I told him that I am aware that they did a lot more than what I originally pointed out, he said no problem so there was no additional charge which was a very good flavor in my mouth. You do not get a quote too often and have them run over due to me. It was very clear that it was my request for some additional work and at the end of the day you have them say that it was okay. So, that was refreshing. His pricing was very good. He did a good job. They did a good clean-up. They showed up on time. Everything he did have worked exactly like as was represented.

He was very straightforward and honest. He gave us options. He pointed out things that I wouldn’t have noticied. He gave us a quote for other services. I’m going to use them soon.

Usman came for an estimate about a week back, wrote up his estimate and patiently waited on me to get some more estimates. He called me back today to tell me he was in the area and if I was ready to proceed he can take care of both trees today, even offered a discount. He was not pushy at all, very professional and we agreed to move forward with the job. His crew (about 10 guys) showed up with all kinds of trucks and equipment a couple hours later. They moved quickly and removed both trees safely, did an amazing job taking care of my property, cleaned up every bit of debris with rakes and blowers. The whole thing was over in two hours. I wanted to build a pond where one of the trees were and asked him to grind the trunk down really deep. I also asked them to clean up a rather large stack of old firewood as well. They did both for pretty much no additional cost. They have all the right people and every piece of equipment you need to get the job and they leave your property cleaner than when they start their work. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend hiring this company.

They did a great job. There were delays in the work date due to the weather. My only concern was there could have been better communication. I wished that I had received a phone call that they weren't going to come on the expected day due to the weather. Otherwise, the work was completed professionally and very rapidly.

I was extremely impressed with them. He was very prompt. I called a number of services and they were the only one who called me back immediately. He was very responsive and came out immediately. It was good of him to honor that I am an Angie’s List member.

It went extremely well. The owner, Usman, and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They took down 3 trees and pruned many others. They mulched all of it, cleaned the area, and completed the job in a timely manner. They left the mulch for me to put out.

It went very well. Very prompt, professional and extremely organized during the entire process. This company has perfected their ability to take down very tall trees w/in a residential neighborhood w/ precision. They removed the trees and branches, mulched them w/ their equipment. Cleaned up all debris from the street, driveway, sidewalks, front yard and actually left our yard looking better than before they came to do the work. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have tree removal done on their property, if I could give them 10 stars...I would!

Everything turned out really well. I was very pleased with the service.

Arberex performed they work as planned. The trees were trimmed well back so that additional trimming will not be needed for a few years. The trimming kept the look of the trees and screening they provide intact. They also blew the leaves off my back yard and front yard which was not included in the estimate. I am very very pleased with the work they performed and will use them again.

We did not use this company because of price.

We needed to dismantle the squirrel highway leading into our attic space from the nearby trees. Arborex did a great job removing branches over our three-story house. They were safe and efficient, at a very reasonable price. They left the place cleaner than it was before!

People were very nice to deal with but obviously this endeavor (providing mulch) was a new foray for what had been previously just a tree service. To their credit, after I placed the order but before it was delivered, somebody from the company contacted me to say that some customers have been disappointed with the quality of the mulch. The mulch deal was a very good price but this was the case because it was all mixed in with tree cliipings, wood chips from a variety of sources - basically yard/tree scraps. I was given the option to cancel my order if this is not the quality of mulch I was looking for. I decided to accept it anyway. As advertised, mulch quality was not very good but it was a good bulk price and I was forewarned so I am basically OK with the deal and the provider.

Arborex was very prompt and responsive...VERY happy with their work.

It was a pleasure dealing with Arborex. They were friendly, professional and punctual. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Other than being able to see in areas that were covered in branches before, we couldn't even tell they had been there, that is how good a job they did cleaning up after themselves and removing debris. We will definitely be using them again.

The owner, Usman Ahmad came out and looked at the work to be performed (removal of tree stump in my backyard, in the middle of my deck); unfortunately, he said to grind and remove the stump, he would have to remove parts of my deck and that would be an additional $300.00 to remove parts of the deck and he can not guarantee that his 'guys' would be able to replace the boards on the deck in the same manner it was removed. I told him thanks, but since I didn't expect to pay more for the tree stump removal than what I paid for on the Angie's Big Deal, I would have to cancel this order.

AMAZING.... First, let me say I am VERY hard to please... and they were amazing. I had a couple of trees that needed to be removed so a small barn could be built. They came out on Friday, 1/9/15 (in this awful cold weather we've been having).... removed the two trees, and ground up the stumps. I asked if 5 crepe myrtles on the back part of the property could be pruned down so they'd flower in the spring... and for a little more $ over the cost of the original "deal" they did that as well. They ground up all the debris, cleaned up all the mess with a blower... and... when I mentioned there was a path the encircled the back of the property, they went out and blew off the entire path as well!!! The whole process took less than an hour! Professional, polite and very respectful to me and what I needed. Did I say AMAZING???

Great job. Only issue was when taking down one of the trees they did 'hit' another smaller tree and caused damage to it that we had planted 5 years ago.

Purchased big deal. Was going to have additional services performed but price seemed higher than other companies had charged before. Did great work and apologies to the workers for having to deal with my crazy in laws who were home during the time of service performed.

Everything was excellent-- on time, professional, answered all of our questions, and quick! While they were working on our property the neighbors had a few questions and even hired Aborex on the spot to do work for them that very day.

We initially had some issues and had to reschedule the estimate multiple times. Once we were able to meet I was given an estimate in about 15 minutes and work was scheduled for the next morning. I gave them permission to do the work when I was not at home. They arrived an hour early with a 7 man crew and was done before the scheduled start time which was fine with me. Another neighbor came down and spoke with them and had 2 trees taken down as well.

The crew came on time . They cut down the fourteen foot half of a tree and grind it up.

They contacted us, and provided the services within the week. Cleaned up good

Provider was great. Was on time for all appointments, including the estimate and actual removal of the trees, was very professional and efficient in removing the trees and any debris. I gave the provider an "n/a" for price only because I didn't get other estimates so I don't know how the overall price would compare. I was satisfied with what I paid out of pocket for the deal and the extra $200, for a total of $699. I would definitely use the provider again, unless I found another provider on Angie's list with equivalent ratings and a much better price.
