Arborex Tree Services

They were fantastic. All of the prior reviews were spot on for this company. Terrific to work with, did a great job, were in and out at a very reasonable cost relative to other quotes I received. I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone. Best money I have spent in a while.

Usman called and let me know they would be able to do the work about a week earlier than planned and asked if that was okay. I assured him it was and they came while I was at work. They trimmed all the trees we had talked about and cleaned up everything. I came home and it looked amazing!!! They did my neighbor's house the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I plan to use them again.

I had half of a 40 ft pear tree go down in my yard. I called Arborex and they were able to provide a quote and complete the work the same day. That included grinding down the stump. They did excellent work!

Nothing but praise here. I got up this morning to discover the Bradford pear tree in my front yard was down and partially in the road. Clearly it needed to be cleaned up today, so I got on Angie's List to find a tree service. The reviews for Arborex were excellent, and I understand why. The owner really does answer the phone when you call, and he was very courteous and answered all my questions. The crew was off today (it's Saturday and the owner was hosting a birthday party with 30 4-year-olds!) but he arranged everything. Three men arrived promptly and made quick work of the tree. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all the loose leaves on the yard and driveway, and drove off in about 1 hour. The crew did everything I expected, did it well, and charged me the agreed-upon price. I highly recommended Arborex. If I had any other trees in my yard, I would not hesitate to use them again.

It was fun. It was a big deal. They were very good, fast and efficient. They did exactly what they said they would do.

My initial review of Arborex was not a good one, so I am now going to re-review them after service was provided. I purchased a Big Deal in March and Usman quickly contacted me, gave me an estimate and was very courteous. Unfortunately his stump grinder went on the blink and it took a long while for the job to be done. It was ,at last, about a week ago and I am happy to report all seems well. The stumps were ground very quickly and they removed dead branches from a tree in the front yard. There was another stump which is very close to my screen porch that they did not have to grind. The entire job took probably less than 30 minutes, They were professional and Usman was a gentleman throughout! I hope to use them in the future.

All went very well. On the day of the job, the work was performed in less than the allotted time, no damage was done to any of our landscaping and flowers, and the crew cleaned up after themselves well. And they even performed some extra work we had forgotten to originally ask about at no extra charge. It would be wrong to write this review without commending Arborex for the simple, yet vital, act of answering their phone when I called! I originally called a total of five tree removal services for estimates, all were well recommended on various local websites. Two of them never answered the phone, for two others I left messages, and I was never called back. Kudos to Arborex that the first time I called, and every time I called after that, the phone was always answered (and politely answered) by the owner. They were a pleasure to work with, we feel we got a very competitive price, and the work was very well done. Will definitely use Arborex again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Usman and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. He provided a quote as promised on time, the work was done as promised on time. The large oak tree in the back yard was overhanging the house and in a difficult spot. Arborex did a an excellent job of cutting it down without damaging the house or surrounding yard. They cleaned up everything after they were done. Overall I was extremely happy with the professionalism of Usman, the quality of the work done by his company and the competitive price. I would not hesitate recommending Arborex and plan to use them again in the future.

I wasn't present for the work; however, Arborex did do the work, did it well, and left no mess.

We agreed on three things beyond price. 1 - The date, 2- The outcome to get light to the backside of the cypress trees, 3- The last 6 foot section of the largest tree could remain as a log in the natural area they were clearing. What occurred was that the date got moved up two days when I received a phone call saying a job cancelled, we can come to your house now. I could not be at home with this new time but wanted to get the work done.When I arrived home I found 8 logs, 8 to 10 feet long piled and laid throughout the natural area. Now I am concerned about bugs and other nests forming in the log piles so I have to pay someone to come remove these logs. I did agree to one 6 foot log, not 8 and not piles. If you use the service, be home when the work is happening to ensure the outcome is what you wanted.

Very pleased with there service. They left the large pieces I wanted for firewood, but cleaned up all the branches and drilled out the stump. I highly recommend this company. The tree was very near our home, but no damage was done.

All work was completed in timely manner, the men were courteous and professional. Arrived about 8:30 am and were finished by 1:pm.

Mr. Ahmad is a delightful person to deal with, friendly, courteous, and precise, . He and his crew did all the work carefully, thoroughly, and efficiently. I certainly would get a quote from him for any future tree work I need to have done.

Overall, they definitely cut out a lot of foliage and it is clearer. However, the appearance is sloppy and uneven. There were also a lot of small branches and twigs in the front yard that needed to be picked up before we could mow the lawn.

Arborex was fantastic. They cut all the trees without even needing to use a crane. Some they climbed and took off branches and sections piece by piece, others they just dropped with pin-p**** accuracy. All large trunks were cut up and shipped off to a lumber yard, while the smaller sections and branches were chipped on site. The crew had obviously worked together for many years, and they were confident enough to inspire us to not be too worried when a 100' pine tree was falling within 10 feet of the house! I obtained estimates from several different companies, and Arborex gave me the best estimate. I highly recommend them.

Arborex staff were friendly, courteous, and professionals. They arrived at the appointed time, did the work as agreed, cleaned up and were gone. They were very careful with existing plants and shrubs and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything went as planned in pre-meeting. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience all around. Usman was very professional providing a estimate onsite. Scheduled work for following Tuesday. Crew arrived early in the morning and completed all work and cleanup within 2.5 hours. Usman was there to mange the work. Equipment they use is state of the art especially for grinding stumps. Cleanup was perfect leaving nothing behind.

I met with Arborex on site the week prior to discuss what needed to be done. I was given a date and time for the crew to arrive. The crew arrived as promised and went straight to work. When the crew was done I noticed an additional limb which I had not originally asked about and wanted to get cut. This limb was approximately 6" in diameter and 20' in length so asked if they would cut it for me. They had to climb the tree to cut it, but it was no problem as it was down in a matter of minutes. There was no additional charge for this additional work. All work was done in a professional manner and my yard looked like they were never there when the work was completed. I would definitely use Arborex again if I need tree services.

They came in at the scheduled meeting time for a review. Gusman indicated that the crew was in the area and they could get to the job right away. Work went quickly, and we are well satisfied with the results.

He did not keep his appointments as promised, and did not call or text to inform me he is not going to make it.

They were unbelievable. They came in uniform attire, which was impressive. They got right to work and got it done. By the time the job was complete, you couldn't tell anybody had been there. The cleanup was spotless. I had spoken to a half dozen companies before selecting Arborex. Not only was the price the best, but everyone else paled in comparison. Usman was in charge of everything, and he was very business-like and impressive, as well. I'll be calling them back soon.
