Excellent service. Usman was friendly, a pleasure to deal with, and worked with me on the cost. They did more than I expected. The crew did a tremendous amount of work in less than 2 hours. When they left, my roof, gutters, driveway, and yard were cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend!

It was great! They finished everything within about 1 1/2 hours. The tree that was felled was close to other trees, but did not hit them when it fell. They trimmed out branches that could hit the house or other trees as the tree fell. The grass beneath the tree was unharmed. Everything was cleaned up and it was very neatly done. They were really great- so efficient and so tidy. Everyone in the crew was cheerful and answered any questions that we had.

Provided an estimate for tree service. Very nice, good estimate, flexible for scheduling and punctual; all the things you want in a contractor. Unfortunately our plans changed and we are unable to move forward with this project.

This was such a great experience we will make sure to recommend Arborex to anyone needing tree services. They were prompt professional and polite. They had a large crew which made the work go by very quickly and went above and beyond what I had asked by trimming back several trees touching power lines but keeping a clean look for the trees. The price was very reasonable for the amount of worked we requested and we couldn't be happier. If you need work done stop looking and call them!

Arborex removed a few trees that were too close to the house and ground the stumps. They dropped a dead tree in the woods behind the house. They also did some trimming of shrubs that were way overgrown. Everything went well and was done while I was at work. The shrubs did not look the greatest when they were done, but a lot needed to be cut back, so this is understandable. I had them out on another occasion to stake and tie off three trees that suffered some storm damage. That went well also. My only complaint is that both times my initial appointment was rescheduled at the last minute and there was some delay in communicating that to me.

All work went well and I was happy with the results. They did a good job cleaning up the debris. Also, I will need more work done in the future, and we discussed what needed to be done.

The guy was nice & polite, but I had to cancel the deal as it was no deal!

The provider and his team did a professional job. I had hired someone to cut down trees and they left without completing the job or cleaning up afterwards. Usman came out and evaluated my job just two days after I purchased his deal. He and his team came back that afternoon and completed the work in a couple of hours. They not only did an excellent job with the trees they cut down, they also ground the stumps for the other trees that had been cut down and carried the remaining wood left by the other vendor and disposed of it. I highly recommend this team.

It turned out really good. They did a great job. They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. While they were out here, we took advantage of a few other specials they had. We would definitely use them again. They have all the right equipment, right trucks and right skill set.

- Punctual - Did all the work we had agreed on when they came to give me an estimate (i.e., did not have to repeat what I wanted done when they came to do the actual work because they took good notes during the walk through for the estimate and Usman, who came out to provide the estimate, was there to supervise when the work was done) - Cut... chipped.... and cleaned up in a flash.

They worked fast and efficiently to remove the limbs using several people to manage the work and make sure that the limbs were brought down safely and avoiding any property damage. They removed several very large limbs with up to 8" diameter without damaging the tree or anything around it. All of the remaining cuts were very clean with no torn or jagged edges. They were also very quick with the removal of the limbs and cleanup afterwards.

I cannot say enough good things about the company and the crew. They did an outstanding job in a timely manner - it was a larger crew and went considerably faster than we expected. The one small confusion - not their fault - was resolved both quickly and (I have to say totally) in our favor. Not only did they do solid work, quickly, and at a great price but they worked with us and exhibited a business ethic that is vanishingly rare in this day and age. I will use this provider again in a heartbeat, and have already sung praises to one of my neighbors needing work done.

The work team was prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. The job was completed in one afternoon. They did a great job.

First, I want to say that I am a frequent user of Angie's List and have not hesitated to give service providers an "F" when deserved. with that said, I give these guys the highest rating in every category. First, they did an excellent job. They very carefully trimmed several large oak and beech trees with limbs extending over or close to our roof line. The trees were climbed and each limb carefully cut and lowered. They also did an excellent job of clean up, chipping all of the limbs, plus several debris piles I had generated on my own, creating a nice mulch pile for me to use. They were also professional and very friendly, besides being expert and thorough. Usman, the owner and foreman of the crew, was also friendly and professional. He knew his stuff. His crew was on time and they worked hard while here. I did a AL deal for this service, and thought the price was more than fair for what we got. The total effect on the property was very positive, and I will not hesitate to have them back to help me with some other projects on our 7 acres of woods. A+++++

With the discount the price was okay. They did a good job, they didn't do a bad job but they charged a lot. I had it done because they were already there. Without the discount from Angie's List I wouldn't recommend them because the price was too high.

They were very fast with the tree removal. Everything was completed as expected and was cleaned up after completed. It did take a while to get the work scheduled but it was because there were so many groupons bought.

They were great and very friendly. They showed up when they were supposed to and did what I paid for. I would recommend them to others and will use them myself in the future.

So I met Usman at my home to go over the special deal and to see if what I wanted done was within the price range. I had one large tree removed from the back yard, shading about a thrid of the yard; and a smaller tree removed which was hanging over my neighbor's property and fence. It would have come down and torn up their yard and my fence by the next ice storm. Both trees had the stumps gorund down. Arborex also removed a smaller sapling at my request. The work was done while I was at work, so when I came home the yard was perfectly leveled, and all the materials cleaned up. It was if the trees were never there. (My last experience with another tree company was messy, they left the trees cut down all over the yard and did not remove the debris until weeks later. By then my roses were crushed. ) Arborex was not like this at all. I was exceptionally pleased with the work and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to do the work. I contracted Arborex to trim a large (over 2 story tall) black gum tree and to remove a large (over 2 story tall) Bradford Pear Tree. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. The main disappointment came from how the estimate was handled - I was told a price and scope of work, but when the day came to do the work the estimator claimed that his quote included something different than what was on the quote and what was discussed. In addition, I wasn?t pleased with his excuses and reasoning behind why there was confusion. After much discussion, he took full responsibility and did not charge more for trimming the larger tree and did offer a discount since he was not able to provide stump grinding as promised. As for the tree service itself, originally I was ready to give high marks but my ranking lowered after discussing with my wife and neighbor how the tree removal was handled. First, the tree trimmers did not wear harnesses or wear safety glasses. Second, they dropped a branch onto my neighbors house then climbed onto their roof without first requesting access from us or the neighbor. On the plus side, they did a quick and clean job and did make sure we were satisfied with the service. Although the owner was very quick to respond to my calls and emails, and was accommodating after he admittedly made errors in his estimate and what he had promised - the experience leads me to not recommend them since the stress of handling the situation was not worth the lower cost for the tree service.

Arborex was AMAZING! I had my house up for sale, and a storm took down a tree right in my front yard on a Friday night. I called Arborex first thing Saturday morning (8:00 a.m., even before their official business hours) and got someone on the line to request the earliest date possible. After explaining my situation, the person said they would have someone to my house the same day - and they did! They arrived by 1:30 p.m, and by 2:00 the tree was downed, ground up, the stump ground out of the ground and the clean-up completed. WONDERFUL! I can't thank them enough! After cleaning up the remaining dirt/mulch mound, there was a little bit of a stump left and some really big limbs. I called and said I thought it needed a little more attention, and they returned the next business day and finished it up, no questions asked, no extra charge. GREAT service! Very professional. Timely and responsive to my need. Affordable/worth every penny! Definitely would use them again and definitely give high marks/recommend them.

Removed trees but machine broke one one and left some stumps not completely ground up. Thought they would come back to finish or offer a reduction of price, but did not.
