Arrived on time, very pleasant crew, got to work right away. Even cut some slabs of tree trunk to use for my daughter's wedding. Clean up was good. Would definitely use again and refer to other people.

We had many trees beginning to hang over our house on both sides. Usman came out and discussed our best options with us and gave recommendation to trim trees which were somewhat of a mess and were hanging over our yard. We took his advice to heart (I always appreciate the honest advice from an expert!) and scheduled a date for his team to come out. I should mention that both the day of the assessment and the day of work he and his team were prompt and ready to begin work immediately. My wife and I went to work and when we arrived home we found a very clean yard with no debris left over and some great looking trees! Thanks Arborex for the awesome work!!

I had an angies list deal. They came as schedule and did a great job trimming the trees in my yard, some of which are very tall. I was very happy with their service. They were in and out in about one hour and did a good clean up.

Usman and his crew are great! They were very prompt as he came out the day after I called to give a quote and was able to start work the same week. They were extremely careful with cutting the trees (the trees were VERY close to my house) and very efficient! They had estimated that it would take them a few days to finish everything, but they ended up doing everything all in one day. The crew was very professional and I would definitely recommend them to others!!

I did a SnapFix project, which is a great service! Part of the tree had fallen overnight. I had a very busy day at work, and it was AWESOME that Angie's List found me a great contractor to do the work! They were very professional! Within a few hours they were at my house removing the tree before one of the other companies I had reached out to even came to give me a quote. I didn't pay until all of the work was completed. So once the stump was ground, I paid. I have already recommended them to friends.

They came out earlier than planned because he was going to be in the area. They were only there about an hour and got the entire tree and debri out. Service went great.

For the proposal/estimate, I met with Usman who was very professional and very personable. Immediately felt comfortable with him, his recommendations, and the cost estimates. When the crew came to do the work, they were on time and worked tirelessly. They did amazing work in what I thought was a short period of time. I was very pleased with the results! My yard is very clean looking and now has opened up space. I would highly recommend Arborex Tree Services!

Awesome! Usman did have a family emergency and that delayed the work -but his team was amazing. He even took out an additional tree after they had already cleaned up because he and I determined it needed to come out - and he didn't charge me for it. We were extremely pleased with the service!

This was a big job, and Arborex was excellent from start to finish. Usman is prompt and courteous, and his estimate was very fair. The Arborex team got right to work, and they really do work together as a team-- that is their strength. Their work ethic is outstanding. They were knowledgeable,efficient, and careful. I'd been saving up for this for two years, so my expectations were high. They went above and beyond-- The yard, driveway, street, and even the roof were spotless when they'd finished. I highly recommend them.

Excellent. I had an old/outdated Angies Big Deal, and owner Usman honored it without a mention. Serious equipment, and a large crew. Equipment included bucket truck, serious Bobcat, industrial chipper, and two large trucks that included LOTS of holding capacity for chipped debris. As I had several very large piles of limb debris in addition to what came down, the Arborex team chipped and hauled off literally tons of stuff. With the bobcat they lifted and moved large piles, and the monster chipper ate them with ease. In addition to our pre-arranged on-paper agreement, Usman was able to work with me on-site to accomodate a couple "extras" including limb trimming my neighbor paid for, plus removing a small hickory. Considering this was in Cary, given the total work accomplished, and the personnel, equipment, and time involved, this was an excellent value. Furthermore all was professionally handled, and Usman a pleasure to collaborate with. Very happy, I included an extra $40 tip for crew to have a beer or two over. I recommend Arborex, and will use them again (although that hopefully will be a while as they accomplished ALL my goals, transforming my property from "multiple issues" to "looking great years out." Last, Usman was very responsive by email, my preferred communication, and crew was there promptly at 8AM. Perfect.

Usman was very friendly and had excellent advice on what needed to be done. The most amazing thing was they left no trace of having done the work - no trimmings, leaves, or sawdust anywhere! I will definitely call them again.

I had a rush job and reached out on a Friday afternoon to several highly rated providers on Angie's. The owner of Arborex was at the location the next day to quote me. The company is run like a family - one crew of 8 guys that have been together for a decade. In 4 hours they cleared 200 sq feet of mature pines (3) old stumps, sapplings and underbrush. The trees were near a house, within feet of a 6'wooden fence, and hovering over a leach field...so they had to be removed with care. I was quoted a price 20% less than I'd have considered fair. They were in and out in 4 hours. Aside from a nice mulch they left over the cleared area, there was nary a sign they'd ever been there. And, the owner said he'd drop of some logs I can use for burning when back in the area...no charge. I'll never use another tree service.

Mr. Uzman and his crew removed several trees from my yard recently. His crew was quite professional and arrived on time. They arrived in heavy duty trucks, towed diesel grinders and a heavy duty, remote control stump grinder. It was quite apparent these men work as a team, litte talk with many hand signals, total pros! These were large, vine covered trees in difficult to acess areas in our yard. The largest towerered over my house and the neighbors and was positioned in a narrow alley between our homes. The top third of the tree was easily 75 feet or more tall and was touching neighbors house. His crew brought this tree down exactly where they intended, never coming into contact with neighbors house or property! It was so large and heavy it shook the ground like a bomb when it landed. I was stunned and highly impressed. Being a veteran, I admired their teamwork, hand signals and overall performance in such dangerous work. They reminded me of a well trained infantry squad. Not only did they bring them down, they grinded them up, grinded down the stumps and had removed ALL the tree debris before 11 am. I was so impressed I bought them all pizzas for lunch! They earned it! Mr. Uzman worked with us and the insurance company on the price and I didn't have to pay him for 8-10 days later after the insurance part of the payment had already arrived. I know when I am out of my element. Trees and electricty are best left to professionals and this was money well spent!

Overall this was a good service and I would use them again. What would have made it even better would have been more direct communication with the owner. I was told that when the crew arrived that they would know what to do. This was not the case. One of the trees the owner recommended be topped but the actual crew said could not be done without killing the tree. The owner did call but the cell phone reception was very bad and I could not hear. The owner said he would come to the job but he did not. However, the crew was fast, efficient, and worked very hard to make sure we were pleased. Perhaps the company takes on too many clients to provide the personal service promised.

It went fantasic. Usman and the team showed up promptly at 8 he said it would be a all day job but they were done in 3-4 hours and did not do any damage to my property. He was a complete professional and if I ever need tree service again I will only call him!!

It went very well, he came and was on time and he gave me an estimate of the work including anything additional that I had to pay. He did the job and said not to pay him until I was satisfied with the job because I had to pay additional. He also looked at some other trees on my property. He came out afterwards to walk with me and make sure everything was ok. He was very polite and very friendly!

I contacted several tree services recommended on Angie's list. Most of them could not do the service for two weeks. When I called Arborex, the owner came out immediately and gave me an estimate which was right on target with the other tree services. He and his crew of about 5 came out and did an excellent job. It was quite a feat to take down our huge oak that was termite infested, but they did it safely. It turned out that the stump grinder was not working that day, so the owner only had me pay for the removal of trees and said he'd be back in a week to grind the stump. A week later he came and ground the stump and mailed a bill for the remainer. This is a family-owned business and the owner wants to do a good job. I would definitely recommend this service. Even though they are quite busy as you can see from the reviews, they are able to do the work quickly unlike some of the other highly rated tree services. Go with Arborex!!

Mr. Ahmad gave me an estimate on the work not long after I purchased a "Big Deal " for the tree service. The price seemed fair, and we scheduled a date to have the work done. He was unable to do the work on that day due to an injury, but we agreed upon another date and the work was done then as scheduled. His workers were professional and had the work done quickly. All debris was cleaned up from the area and on walkways nearby. I would definitely use them in the future.

If you want honestly and responsibility in the company you hire, this is it. When the owner surveyed the task I needed to be done, he honestly said that if he did the job, I'd be paying for his tree service expertise and the job I needed done was more simple and could be done at a fraction of the cost. Because he has INTEGRITY, he could not honestly take my money for a higher cost service than what he believed needed to be done in my backyard. Not only that, his office is about 60 miles from my home, he drove out on a weekend, and he got nothing out of it because he was so honest and concerned that I might be paying too much. It is not that he is expensive--it's that the job I needed done would require a simple tractor rather than his expertise at removing trees...and he did not want to take my money because he felt it was unethical to do so. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest, hardworking man who is not looking to make a quick buck. I will use him in the future for expert tree service and especially---for his honesty and reliability.
