Arborex Tree Services

I called them on Saturday at 12:30 and sent some pictures of tree. I received an estimate within 5 minutes and the team was onsite within 90 minutes. The team removed the tree in about an hour and left the property in the same condition as when they arrived. I would recommend to neighbors/friends and will be using them in future if I have additional tree removal needs.

Arborex did tree trimming for us and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, quick, effiicient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend.

Usman was very responsive to our emails and phone calls, and was able to complete the job within three days of contacting him. He explained the necessary tree removal and stump grinding process clearly. He and his crew worked very efficiently and safely to remove the two trees that were close to our house. They cleaned up all debris. We were very impressed with Usman and his crew, and would recommend him highly.

Arborex were responsive & giving of their time. As part of their service, they cut the tree into sections and stacked for firewood. They also trimmed a branch of another large tree that, like the dead tree's limbs overhung the house. Even if they had not been willing to go above and beyond the work order, they were punctual and easy to get ahold of day or night. Highly recommended. Goes without saying, but the tree was removed without damage to house or fence. Great work!

Us man and his crew were wonderful! From the initial estimate (which he was willing to return a second time after my husband and I decided we wanted more trees taken down) to showing up early in the morning to get the job finished by mid afternoon- the whole experience was professional and definitely worth the money! I would highly recommend Arborex to any one looking for quality tree services.

Arborex did a great job with their service, being flexible with timing, efficient with the work, and cleaning up afterward. We were pleased with their service and would use them again in the future. They also understood how to trim the trees without "taking to much"

Usman and his crew were very professional and efficient with their time. The crew arrived early in the morning as scheduled and got to work quickly removing several large pine trees as well as a dying oak and a poplar tree. The crew was still working when I arrived home from work 11 hours later and were removing some large branches from some a very large poplar tree and a smaller maple tree that had branches hanging over our neighbor's driveway. As one of the trees was being cut down it fell unexpectedly onto a cast iron and concrete drainage sewer cover and broke it. Usman and his crew set short logs around the sewer opening and wrapped them with caution tape to alert people to the damage. Usman contacted the city to get this fixed at no additional charge to me. A note on the tree that fell unexpectedly, it turns out that the tree had been struck by lightning at some time during its lifetime and when it was cut it fell apart. Fortunately, this happened while professionals were handling the removal and not during a storm as this tree was fairly close to our house. We had other estimates provided by additional tree removal companies and Arborex was pretty much in the middle of the cost range. I would recommend Arborex to anyone considering having trees removed or pruned.

They came out gave me a quote and I accepted and they had the 15-20 year old tree down and on a truck in half and hour. I had bought the 1/2 price deal and the quote was for more than that. I don't know if the price was great or not as I did not shop around. The crew was quick and efficient and cleaned up well and they were gone. Done Deal.

I called Usman Ahmad for an appointment to inspect the job. He came as agreed and gave me a price for the work. We agreed on a date and time. He called on that date to say his guys would be 1/2 hour late. In 20 minutes the 2 workers arrived with a cherry picker equipped truck with attached chipper. The truck didn't leak any fluids on the street which many service trucks tend to do. The two guys worked as a team, carefully examining each branch to be trimmed and asking my opinion from time to time. As one trimmed, the other dragged all the cut branches to the chipper where they were ground up and shot into the back of the truck. After all the cutting was done, both cleaned up the area completely as if they were never there. During the work, Ahmad came to check on his workers and talk to me about the health of the tree and what to expect in growth for the next 5 years. He then came back after the work was done to settle the account and offer his services in the future. As my neighbor was interested in some more extensive work in their backyard, Mr.Ahmad was able to inspect the work and give them a detailed estimate right on the spot. Mr. Ahmad was courteous and professional from my first phone call to the finish of the job.

They were here on the day they promised and a literal army of workers removed the trees and shrubs. They were fast and thorough.

Usman was very personable and easy to work with. He followed through on his recommendations.

They came out. It took us a while to connect so he could do the estimate. They did the estimate. We had to scale back what I wanted to have done to fit closer to the big deal. The job was bigger so we paid extra. It took long time for them to get back to me after the original purchase. It was hard for me to judge whether he added the extra work just to get more money. It was hard to determine it. I really got a value on the big deal or if it was just kind of a bait-and-switch. I never met them in person. Everything was done on the phone and online. Once we got connected, everything went well.

The owner scheduled immediately and gave us a quote. The service was performed the next week . The crew arrived on time, did excellent work and cleaned up all areas. The owner of the firm returned to inspect the work and make sure that we were satisfied. This firm is professional , polite with fair prices. We will definitely use them again.

Everything was great! The staff was easy to communicate with and very professional. I would reach out to them again if I needed another tree removed.

Went well. They men came in & cut down the tree in 15 minutes. They had a truck pulling a shredder & the tree was shredded in a few more minutes. Then they were gone.

From the moment Usman (the Owner of Arborex) contacted me after I purchased the deal on Angie's List, I was impressed by his professionalism, urgency, and knowledge. He set up an appointment to meet me to provide an estimate for the work I wanted done and was able to write the estimate on the spot and give me a work date. His estimate was much lower than all other quotes I had received and I immediately gave him the go ahead to start the job. On the day that the work was scheduled to be done, his crew showed up right on time and got to work. They were very professional and I was amazed that they were able to complete the job as promised in just one day. When I returned home to meet Usman to review the final product, the property was immaculate! The work he did was above expectations and I would recommend him to anyone needing tree services. One month ago we had a terrible storm pass over our house and lightning struck two trees. Both trees died immediately. One was very close to the house and the other was further away- but big enough that if it fell it would hit our house. (80 to 100ft tall). We called several tree companies to come out and give us an estimate. Arborex was half the price of the first estimate we had and more in line of what we were quoted by another company (which was not insured BTW). If you have ever seen someone taking a tree of this size down you would understand the importance of insurance. Although it was thrilling to watch is was quite terrifying (maybe because I am afraid of heights- but more so because I am afraid of giant trees falling on me.) We hired Arborex because: they were able to come out sooner than later and we felt that Usman (the owner) was fair regarding price. Usman was professional and courteous. We had to have these trees taken down- it wasn't an option to not take them down and we don't feel that he took advantage of us, knowing our situation. In a nutshell: Arborex's team removed a total of 3 full trees while they were here and an old dead tree that was damaged in an ice storm. All without a hitch. They removed everything from site once they were done and left my yard cleaner than when they started. They also blew off my roof -Thanks Arborex! The Arborex team was professional and hard working. They took all measures to protect our house and went above and beyond to leave the place spotless. I would definitely recommend Arborex and they will be my first call next time I need tree service. No need to look further. They did a fantastic job!

I bought a big deal coupon for 500$ worth of services for 249$. Usman, the owner came over and gave us a quote for all the work we wanted done. The cost listed above includes the coupon value, our out of pocket cost was 1325. The guys worked steadily from 8:15am- 2pm, cleaned up after, and all the work was done to our satisfaction.

I purchased an Angie's List and Usman contacted me the next day to schedule estimate. He was on time for our appointment, I told him what I wanting to have done, he made some suggestions. He told me what the Angie's List would cover and gave me an estimate for the additional work. It took me a few days to make up my mind on but after contacting him to go ahead with the work, he scheduled the job for the next Monday. They were on time today and began work soon after. The guys were professional and got the job done in 6 hours. They ground the limbs cut and dumped the mulch in my back yard as requested. They also cut some extra limbs that were low hanging on two trees on the property line. They cleaned up fairly well. There are still some random twigs and sticks in the back and front yards but I can get them up. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would contact them again.

I was so pleased with the work and the professionalism of the company. Usman, who oversaw the work was very professional. I had bought an Angie's list special for the work. Usman contacted me before I even had to reach out about having the work performed. He scheduled the estimate and gave me some great advice about other projects I have in mind for the future. The actual turn around time for the work was very quick. I was so happy with the work and plan on using him again next spring.

These folks are outstanding. I have plants near the trees that were removed and I assumed they would be sacrificed for the cause. Usman and his guys left the plants undisturbed, not to mention the work was done quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend them.
