I called and left a message and Usman called back the next day. He came to my home that afternoon and gave me a quote. His price was very reasonable and I hired him immediately. It had rained a few days before so the ground was soft and he suggested we wait. He was able to get the job done the following week. Because the tree was in my backyard, I did not want any heavy equipment on the lawn. He said it would not be a problem and they would remove the tree by hand. The stump grinder was the only equipment needed and it did not effect the lawn. All debris was removed and the yard left clean. The job was completed in about an hour. They did an excellent job and I will highly recommend them!

Did excellent work. Two man crew completed the job in about an hour and a half. They cleaned all branches and shredded them on site. They then used a blower to clean all remaining debris. The yard looked better after they left than when they arrived.

They showed up and asked specifically what I wanted done. They quickly got to work and trimmed all four trees. Once they removed all the branches and shredded them, then cleaned up the debris. They checked with me to make I was happy with the job and thanked me for the work.

Work was done on time and the correct trees were removed. Clean-up of the one tree was incomplete, the stumps were not cut as close to the ground as I would have expected. But overall a reasonable price for work performed.

I bought a coupon for $500 worth of tree work in October of last year, but was not able to get the services scheduled until February of this year. The first problem was that it was too warm to prune the trees, then we had a lot of bad weather (snow, ice, rain, etc.) that kept interfering with my ability to get an appointment scheduled. I finally got the job completed last week and I was very pleased with the work. At first, I was shocked at the price for getting my trees pruned. I thought that the $500 coupon would cover pruning the trees with money left over for some other work in the backyard. However, the coupon didn't even cover the pruning! My crape myrtles are over 25 years old and have never been pruned. They are very tall and I wanted them done by selective pruning NOT having them topped out. After talking with the owner, I understood how much more labor would be involved in pruning the trees the way I wanted them done, so I felt somewhat better about the price. The owner and 2 workers arrived with all the tools they needed to prune the trees and chip up all the debris on-site. They did a pass over the trees to get all the dead limbs and the obvious ones that were crossing or in a bad location. Then I looked over the trees and discussed with the owner the fine details. After all the finer pruning was finished and the debris cleaned up, several of my neighbors asked for estimates, too! I would definitely use them again. I can't wait to see how my trees look when they bloom this spring.

We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal which offered us $500 of tree service for $219. I put in potential dates and Usman contacted me the next day and we arranged for him to give us an estimate and check out our other trees. First Usman came out to look at the tree that we knew was rotten on Wednesday, January 6th, 2016. I requested that he check all of our trees in the back yard (we have a large area of "free growth" southern pines and other trees in the back. Usman determined that there were several other dead trees back there while we walked around the back yard together, 6 total. He asked if I wanted to have the stumps ground up or left (as they are not in the way where they are) and wrote out an estimate which I accepted. I had planned on having the work done on Friday the 8th, but he said he could come the next day and, as I had some over 18's still home for the holidays, I agreed. The next day around 4 I called, as he had not yet arrived. He said that he was on his way and had 6 workers with him, so they would have no trouble finishing the job before dark. He was true to his word. Although the trees were close to the fence, they were able to cut them all down without damaging anything and then they mulched them in the equipment they had parked in our driveway. From start to finish Usman was pleasant, professional and courteous, as was his team. Due to the fact that we have many smaller trees that don't get a lot of sunlight in our backyard, I am sure that we will require Usman's services again. I recommend Arborex Tree Service and Usman, the owner, without reservation and I will definitely use them again.

Quick response. I did not observe them actually remove tree as I was at work. When I came home that day, yard was clear of any debris. Interactions with owner were polite and respectful.

Arborex did a great job, second time I have used them and I will keep coming back. ?They removed 6 tree including chipping of small branches and removal of larger tree's, cutting them for use as firewood. ?I ?definitely recommend Arborex for tree related or firewood services.

Once we connected, provider promptly came out and gave an estimate. He was courteous and apologetic for the initial delay. We decided to move forward with the job which included cutting down one tree and trimming back 6 others. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job. I was very pleased with the service.

It went wonderful. There was an additional cost of $75. It took forever for them to come out. They gave me an estimate for just doing the front and it was $75 additional. But because it took so very, very, very long, they did the entire property. They were slow in contacting me and slow getting out, even when they set a date, but when they did come, they did a stellular job. I purchased the deal on Angie's List for the price listed. But when they came out, he had additional charges he wanted. So, that was a little ambiguous. So, I think it's misleading that they would offer one price and then come out and upgrade their prices. He was very professional but just slow. I'm sure it had to do a lot with the time of the year it was too. I don't have any complaints on their work.

I was totally wowed! They were prompt and had everything finished quickly and very efficient teamwork. They know what they are doing and they cleaned up my yard better than I would have myself. Amazing... highly recommend

I was contacted promptly after buying a 'Big Deal' package from Arborex. The representative met me at the appointed time to take a look at the job and we agreed to the terms of the deal plus an additional $200 worth of work. The appointment was scheduled promptly for the next week. The crew showed up on a very cold morning and went right to work. All of the services I wanted performed were done, and they even used a blower to move all the leaves on the lawn into mulch piles leaving the yard incredibly neat and clean. All patio furniture that was moved to accommodate the work was returned to its place, including lamps on poles and tiki torches. After the crew left, the yard looked better than when they had arrived. I am extremely pleased with the service and will use them again when it's time to have a tree in the front yard worked on.

I can't say enough good things about Arborex Tree Services. When I call for my free estimate, Mr. Ahmad asked me when I would like him to come. I said as soon as possible, he said how about 1/2 hour. I was very surprised, but said sure! Exactly 1/2 hr. latter he pulled into my driveway. He gave me a quote of $6,000 to cut the tree down. When I told him I couldn't afford that, we talked about how he could trim it to make my home safer. He gave me the Angie's list discount and a senior citizen one too. When I told him I had to check with my brother he was very nice about it. I called him the next day & told him I'd like to hire him, he replied "we would like to be hired". I thought that was funny. Because of all the rain they couldn't come until the next week, he said between 8-8:30 a.m. Exactly at 8:00 this a.m. they arrived ready to go. His workers were friendly and got right to work. They never even took a break to eat lunch. Mr. Ahmad told me it would take a little more the 1/2 a day to do the job. By 2:00p.m. they were all cleaned up & ready to go. Now about cleanup... Not only did they cleanup the mess they made, they also cleaned out my gutters while they blew all the sawdust off the roof. (AND my gutters were way overdue to be cleaned). They also cleaned off my neighbors driveway they had to use for their equipment. They even mulched a lot of branches that littered the yard before they even came. That meant a lot to me since I have problems doing some yard work lately. They even put my lawn ornaments back where they were. (Which was unnecessary) Mr. Ahmad is very professional and easy to work with. I really recommend this company! Katherine Harrigan

I am happy with Arborex! Usman from Arborex was scheduled to arrive at my home to do an assessment and provide a quote. He was running late, however, was kind enough to let me know that he was on his way and apologized for any inconvenience. Upon arrival he was very pleasant, professional, answered all my questions and provided a fair quote. When the team from Arborex arrived to do the job, the weather was not at all ideal but they worked through it! The tree stump in my front yard was ground down and I was exceptionally pleased. The work was neat and no debris was left on my walkway. They were able to cut the tree down that was growing under my deck, but unfortunately they could not get it at the very base. It was understandable as the space under my deck is tight and Usman said it was a safety concern for his workers and the equipment they have to use...so he offered to come back and have the stump cut down once my deck is removed (before we have it replaced). Yay! I would highly recommend Arborex to anyone needing tree services.

I needed trees removed for well drilling access but figured I'd take care of trees and branches that were a danger to the house at the same time. Usman Ahmad was very responsive to my schedule needs and made great effort to work in the visit for an estimate despite his busy schedule. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Price was higher than the competitor I ended up going with, partly because of coupon I had, but I recommend contacting this provider for future jobs where he may be competitive.

The estimate seemed fair, even though it was a little bit over the coupon value. For the removal, I wasn't present for it, but I had no concerns with the quality of their work once I returned home. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Exceeded expectations. Did all that he promised and stayed within the coupon/price. Called us a day after coupon purchase to set time to come out to our home near Chapel Hill and give us an estimate. Scheduled job for the same week, arrived on time with his crew, and fulfilled within a few hours. Everything was tidy and clean. We will use Arborex again.

They had a very large, competent crew and very good equipment. The work was completed safely, without damage to the house or yard. The work was finished in short order. They run an impressive operation. I was initially concerned about the stump grinder. This is an extremely large piece of equipment and could have potentially damaged the yard. This was especially true, in areas of the yard that retain moisture. The operator gave this appropriate attention and completed the work without any problems.
