Usman and his crew were incredibly professional and organized. He gave us a detailed estimate for work and stuck to it, so we knew the exact price before scheduling. Very impressed with how quickly the work was done. It was a ton of work, and they finished in just over 2 hours! They also completely cleaned off their driveway and grass of wood chips afterwards, leaving it looking even better than when they arrived. We will be happy to call on them again when our trees need more trimming.

Usman and his team were professional and quick. They took care of the trees, shred the mulch, and chopped wood all in the afternoon.

Great service. This company is super. They responded quickly to quote the job, arrived punctually, did the job professionally, quickly, and politely. They removed the tree, ground the stump and as much of the root system as practical, removed all debris, and left the front yard in good condition, I used the AngiesList coupon, and I will absolutely use them again. Usman was always punctual, super professional, enjoyable to work with, and the crew was efficient and thorough during the actual tree removal project. Usman's mantra to us the whole time was "we want to treat you the way we would like to be treated," which we very much appreciated. Usman explained that he keeps a team of six rather than splitting up his employees into smaller teams of three or four, which allows them to do their work faster, safer, and more thoroughly. They arrived on time at 8 AM, took three trees down in our neighbors' yard and then three trees and several dead limbs on another tree in our yard, and were done by 1:30 PM, which I thought was impressive! Would hire again, for sure.

We had an excellent experience with Usman and Arborex. Usman was very friendly, worked with us to identify the work we needed done, was responsive and on-time to the appointments we set, and we were very happy with his crew's results. Actually, he went above and beyond. We had set aside some old, fallen branches that we intended to use for decoration in the future, and we asked his crew to be careful not to toss them in the chipper. One of his crew members missed that message, and they wound up being destroyed. Usman was very apologetic, and agreed to bring us some branches from another job that could replace the ones we lost. He also went the extra step to spread the mulch he left to make up for the mistake.

I was impressed at how well they brought down the trees without hurting any of the bushes located near the trees. They did a great job and cleaned up very well after everything was done.

They said they would be out in about an hour to provide an estimate and they were right on time. They gave me a good estimate and were back within 30 minutes to start the work. The crew was very professional with top tier equipment. Quickly took down the tree and ground it into a truck and also ground a few stumps. They left the area clean. No money was paid until service was complete and they were very professional. I would recommend them.

They arrived on time, crew was very professional, everyone knew their job, they were quick and always watching for each others safety. They immediately clean all debris as it was removed from the trees. I will definitely use them again for tree removal, trimming and stump grinding.

They did exactly what was asked for a few stump grindings. The grass was only minorly damaged.

I purchased a Big Deal for tree service; $219 for $500 of work. I scheduled the work, but on the day scheduled, I got a phone call that the company was too busy to get to me that day, and wanted to reschedule.....for 5 days later. I was OK with that, and sent them a photo of the tree to be removed. On the rescheduled day, they did a nice job taking out the tree and it's stump......and cleaning up after themselves. They asked for a little extra for the stump grinding, and I asked for a little extra in having a leaning River Birch topped. I'm satisfied with their efforts and the pricing. I would, and will, use them again.

The ArborEx crew were on time, very professional, and did excellent work. I had two large trees (and a few small ones) very close to the house and both were carefully removed in such a way so as not to damage other trees or the house. And all the debris was cleaned up and hauled away the same day. I opted to keep some of the mulch and the crew managed to get around some power lines to spread it just the way I wanted. The price quoted by ArborEx was very competitive and the owner was really easy to work with. I would definitely call ArborEx again and I recommend their services.

Overall everything went great. They arrived early, went right to work. The tree was in a tight spot with a lot of small dogwoods and azaleas around. They dropped it perfectly without harming anything. Clean up was the best we've had.

Usman and the team were great! From first contact it took just a few days for Usman to come out and provide the estimate, then he was able to do the work the next day. He brought a full team and all the equipment they needed to finish up all of the work in about 90 minutes. He arrived right on time and everyone got to work quickly. Once the work was complete, we walked around the yard to inspect everything. His team did excellent work and everyone was very professional. He's made me love my yard again. I would recommend Arborex without hesitation.

the team came bright and early for the tree removal. They did a good job removing the tree and managed traffic at a very busy intersection in downtown. The guys were professional and courteous. They cleaned up pretty well too.

Very well. Usman Ahmed and his team arrived at the scheduled time. Usman had arranged for the power company to drop the line so his crew could work safely. When the power company representative arrived but declined to do the work, Usman's team went to Plan B, lopping off the most difficult limbs (those closest to the power line) from the ground, and only then sent someone up the tree to remove the rest of the limbs. It took more time, but kept the workers safe. Despite the extra time that took, Usman kept to his original cost estimate. A five-man team worked over 90 minutes to complete the work, and I thought the charge was very fair. A courteous, professional team. I'm very pleased with the work.
