Excellent. They were punctual and professional and cleaned up after they were through.

It went very well. They were very efficient. I would hire them again.

I haven?t been in contact with this person since he did the job, because there was a small issue that I wanted to get his feedback on. He hasn?t gotten in touch with me. I got this service with Angie?s List. It was close to $4,000, it was $3,950 something like that. Overall was close to an ?A?, but like I said, I haven?t gotten the feedback that I need from him, but I guess I just need to call him. ?B? for pricing, I think I could probably do a little bit better at some other service, but I have no way of exactly knowing that. They were quite responsive, but now it?s like he?s disappeared. They were on time and started early in the morning. I need to talk to him. I?m not sure at this point if I will use him again. I mean, they did good work, but it?s like, where is he! I asked his workers, ?when is he coming back, you know he just drove off?, the manager and then I haven?t seen him again. I don?t have his phone number, I guess I could look it up. He has my number, that?s the thing I know, cause he called me. This is the second time I have used them.

These guys know what they are doing. Came in and got the job done fast and cleaned up well.

I was satisfied . The owner was on site the entire time, easy and patient to work with and very professional.

I don't like to prune crepe myrtles (crepe murder), but these 2 trees were encroaching on the power lines. Usman with Arborex managed the pruning. He asked what my concerns were and told me what he planned to do. At one point he came to me and told me he was going to leave one of the larger crepe myrtle limbs alone as he wanted to maintain the personality of the tree. He had me with that statement. I had to leave before the crew was finished with the pruning. When I returned home the pruning was complete, the crew was gone, and everything was cleaned up. Excellent job and a very happy customer!

We had a bit of a rocky start connecting with each other. Once we did though the work was quoted (and it was a fair price). We agreed to it and after that things went extremely well. They moved pretty quickly, performed the work and cleaned up things well. I still need to get out in the areas and inspect closely (work just happened yesterday!) but I think everything went well.

Although it took some time before they got around to scheduling me, the job was completed the same day as the estimate! Excellent service and work.

I believe that the owner or supervisor left town for several weeks. By the time he returned, my son and I had cleaned up much of the debris, so when asked for a re quote, the price did not really go down much. When they came out, they were quick to cut down the tree and clean it up, I only asked them not to blow the shavings into the neighbors yard, which they quickly cleaned up once I pointed it out. The price is my only complaint. The total cost was overall the same as everyone else, so there was not a savings with this "coupon" really. The overall cost of the work was the same as others that I called.

They took the tree down with great skill and accuracy! Usman and his crew do a great job. Professional, punctual, hard working, and skilled!

Despite multiple attempts to reach the company, they never contacted me about performing the purchased services. Luckily, I was able to find another company to do the work. I have requested a refund on 2 occasions, but to date have had no resolution. Please beware.

This was our second time using Arborex for tree removal and trimming. They were very responsive and got the job done quickly and professionally.

This company was extremely professional, reliable and reasonable. A crew of five people performed the entire job in three hours a few days nine days after initial contact and one day after agreeing on job and price. The work was efficient. the crew did everything we agreed to and more. They brought their own chipper and ground up all the trees and branches on the spot. At the end of the job they cleaned up everything including removal of leaves and debris from the roof and lawn. Our yard and tree line never looked better. I highly recommend this company.

Everyone from the company represented themselves very professionally and they performed the work quickly and exceeded my expectations. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves as well.

They got them done quick. The price wasn't bad and they got it done when they said they were going to get it done.

Following Hurricane Matthew, I needed stumps to be removed. I asked several companies for quotes, asking for preferred communication via email, as I have usually a lot of meetings throughout the day and can't answer the phone. Arborex was the only one to respect that constraint. Usman's professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy made it a pleasure to work with him.

I did have one kind of unpleasant response in that, he had cancelled once on me are just show up and then I called again and I said can you come over I really want to get this tree done and he said well I won't come if it rains and it didn't rain and he didn't come apparently he did finally do it but I my sense that conversion with him. It was less than stellar on his part. He could have said he wouldn't?be able to come if it rains but I'll check back in with you and let you know or something positive it was just kind of my sense of him was that he was kind of generally unpleasant fellow. I was back in the neighborhood like I said and I did talk to my neighbor and the tree was cut down but apparently he also cut down a smaller tree by accident and my neighbor it was my neighbor's tree and it wasn't as if, my neighbor is a pretty easy going guy but he didn't mentioned he said oh and he actually cut down the tree right next to it as well and my neighbor said oh well I liked the tree but it okay it's fine it's good.

It went well. He showed up with 6 young workers. They attacked it hard. The Owner Usman Ahmad came and said he had to leave and said he would be back. The men he left finished up and cleaned everything up. They asked could they leave the mulch in the garden. For some reason this time they did no spread it out like they usually do. I am a bit dissatisfied with the way they left the mulch. He said he would take care of it.

They did an excellent job...I couldn't have asked for any better service or quality of work.

Arborex staff was very professional, providing a detailed explanation of work needed and an accurate estimate of costs. Trees were cut or pruned, logs were ground with some chips (front yard) removed and others (back yard) deposited out of the way for future mulch. Stump in front yard was removed and ground leveled.

It was okay, I thought they should have trimmed the tree they were trimming a little bit more, but they were okay. I didn't let them do anything after that because they were so expensive. They need to make it absolutely clear how much they're going to trim and let you know that because I had told them where I wanted it trimmed too and they were already in the car ready to go when the trimming was done. They did a great job, they just didn't trim it enough and it's going to grow right back, it grows really fast. So that was why I was disappointed.

It was fine. The overall quality of the job stuck out. When I said, I wanted something a little bit more they were very responsive to that too. I mean we agreed on something in general to do and the way I wanted it. So, they were more than willing to do what I wanted.

I was not home when they did the work. It went well, they did what we agreed to and I did not need to be home when the work was performed.
