Arborex continues to do a great job. They manage all of the details to protect and keep the yard clean. This included raking the pine straw mulch out of the way and then returning it upon completion. Their team is very professional.

True competent and conscientious professionals

The owner called promptly after the voucher was purchased. He scheduled a time to look at the tree but was able to come even earlier than promised. We were told that the tree would be removed one day the following week (no particular appointment was set). However, it was not until the following week that they came out. The crew was very efficient - they removed the huge tree in a single piece! They even cleaned up some limbs we had already cut down!

Great overall. The team works well together, they were efficient and avoided hitting my house. One of my gutters was bent by a large branch that a lone worked kind of dragged off the roof.. otherwise excellent work!

The entire crew was professional and courteous. We would definitely rehire for any future tree needs.

Usman did not clarify with me what pruning I wanted done on an elm tree...he butchered the entire lower limbs of the tree without talking to me first. He did not explain that he would be removing branches/limbs from trees surrounding the pine and he cut a lot back...he should have explained that first. He left the site while his team worked and they did not speak English. They were not careful on removal of the top of the pine and it tore up trees around it, lost limbs, branches and dented the ground where it fell and was dragged and now the lawn is uneven. He did not spread out the debris from the stump grinding saying it would sink on its own which it didn't after 6 months. He left the huge pile for me to spread out 6 months later.

Fantastic! I was very pleased with Arborex, despite a slight delay during a busy Easter week to confirm the estimate - I would definitely hire them again. Very pleased with the responsiveness to my phone calls and quality of service performed; they even texted me the before/after photos as they were conducting the work and clearing up!

This was a big deal purchase. It turned out alright. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very neat in their work, they cleaned up after themselves. I had some special requests about how to treat, what to do with one of the trees that was taken down. They did just fine. I was perfectly satisfied with their work. I'm not sure how knowledgeable they are about just trees in general; they did everything I asked them to do. This isn't necessarily a critique or anything but, my feeling was they did the job; but, I was not sure on whether I should ask them for advice on anything else that would need to be done. That was about it. There was nothing to complain about or be uncertain about as far as work concerns. I was looking for somebody who actually was an arborist, who could really tell me what the best way to take care of the other trees on my property. I felt that they were not experienced enough to give me really good...a professional arborists. This is just an impression that I have. It doesn't reflect on how confident they really are. I'm not sure if I will use them again in the future. I may, if I think of some other service. If it was the same exact same kind of service and I knew what needed to be done, I would use them again. If it is was something else, a tree trimming or that type of service; I would, I might try somebody else.

Great! Usman was on time to the minute to give me the estimate and for his crew to do the work. The crew took steps to protect my yard from the equipment. They cleaned up all the debris and left my yard better than they found it... and all before noon.

They kept telling me they would show up next week, but they never did. This happened three times.

It didn't. We chose three possible dates, all of which came and went without a call, text or email from this company. I've emailed again several times, but they never call back.

They got here early and started before I got here with information gathered when meeting with the owner for initial consultation and estimate. I didn't plan to have my entire wishlist addressed on this visit as it would have been too expensive. However, before I got home they took down a tree that I had asked about during our yard walk thru at the estimate appointment. Oh well, they did a good job but I had to pay a little more that the Angies List deal. They are not true arborists if that is what you need. They can take down trees and prune bushes fine I imagine, but not knowledgeable enough to do specific hand - pruning on a fruit tree or ornamental. They were extremely quick, cleaned up every cutting, and had professional appearance. Just make sure to specify exactly what you want done to the inch. They communicated very well and were responsive to on the fly changes or additional requesrs.

Arborex did a great job. It was very professional and the guys could not have been more helpful. They were able to carry the trunk out to the street rather than bringing their bobcat onto our old driveway. They did a great clean up after. We certainly would ask for their services again and they have our full recomendation! BTW: Our tree removal was a $500. job and with Angie's coupon we had it done for $215.00 :)

Very smoothly. The men came on the day/time expected and had everything down and cleaned up within an hour or so. It was a very tall pine with damage from bugs that needed to come down. I was surprised the the efficiency of the the crew!

Wonderful experience! The owner was responsive, the quote was very reasonable, and the service was scheduled to occur within days. The crew arrived when they said they would and made quick work of removing the tree. Their clean-up was so thorough that the only evidence they had been here was the missing tree. I will definitely use Arborex again in the future!

This is the second time I've used this group. The experience is flawless. The owner comes to the house when he says he will, the estimate is thorough and fair and the work exceeds our expectations. This time, we weren't even home when the work was completed. We trust them this much.

The owner answered my original and only call. We made an appointment for an estimate (he was very willing to conform to my schedule). He and his crew arrived for work at the agreed-upon time -- only a couple of days after the estimate. They were extremely efficient and safety-conscious. The work was completed earlier than anticipated, despite the on-the-spot addition of more trees. They chipped all the wood and carried the debris away at the end of the job. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend Arborex to anyone who needs tree services.

The price was extremely high for 3/4 of an acre and only to cut the trees and grind the stumps ($11,000) I received a better quote for $4000 and very reputable.

Everything that needed to be removed was cut and chipped (giving us a large supply of mulch for the rest of our yard) as agreed upon. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great business to deal with !!
