He was competent and personable. He knew what he was doing and didn't try to sell us anything we didn They utilized what we already had rather than selling us a new system, he added on other features to update the system.  Their monthly fee to be connected to police dispatch is much lower than other larger companies.

Jean was great! He used the builder's existing security system (which saved us $$$) and then beefed it up with a second keypad and a GSM radio.  He was very professional and prompt.  He gave me excellent advice regarding what type of security our house needed.  Also, unlike all of the other companies that I called, Aquarius Alarms does not require a long 18 month or 3 year service contract.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in a security system!

Jean did an excellent job for us.  He was willing to complete a system conversion which I was not able to complete as a D-I-Y.  He also asked us about our needs and expectations and did a great job of installing the upgrades needed to meet our specific needs instead of the one-size-fits-all approach.  The alarm monitoring service since installation has been very good and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thanks Aquarius!

I tripped my alarm by accident recently, and Jean reached out to make sure I was OK.  Who gives that kind of service anymore?

Very well, Jean gave us a quote and some options on dealing with having 3 cats in the home.  He ended up installing a sensor on all doors including the one to the crawl space, and a device to sense glass breaking all devises were hardwired and not wireless, no batteries to change.  Too many of the others were trying to push me to using the motion sensor even though we had cats.  The installation worked out great and was very professionally done.
No ongoing contracts we paid for the system upfront, own it outright, and now pay around $14 a month for monitoring and can cancel monitoring at any time without a penalty.   We have had the system for over a year now with it is working perfectly.

The one thing I like about them is you don’t need to agree to sign up for the monthly plan. They leave it open and you can sign up any time you want to. They gentleman who came out to install the alarms did a terrific job. He explained everything and all of it was within reasonable price.

I'm extremely happy.  I called, we made an appointment, they showed up on time, they set things up ... and there are no issues whatsoever.
