We basically were there guinea pigs. They had never installed a tankless hot water heater, a double drawer dishwasher or a recirculation system. They have failed miserably. This is 2 years now I have been dealing with them. The very high end products I bought through them, because if I didn't they wouldn't warranty them. My Rohl faucet has broken, now for the 2nd time and they wont come out and fix it. There is a lot more that went wrong. We paid an additional 1200.00 to have recirculating system put on our hot water lines. I didn't want to waste water, nor wait for the hot water to come. Now I find out, didn't really need a recirculating system with a tankless hot water heater. They work against eachother. Mean while we fill a 5 gal. bucket full of water waiting for our shower to get hot. They installed my dishwasher crocked, wont come back and reinstall correctly. Have a vessel sink in 1/2 bath, installed the faucet too close to the sink, can't barely fit your hands under the water.

He was prompt and came exactly when he said he would. He was pleasant and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Our house is still under "warranty" so there was no charge, but he was so pleasant, and mentioned several times that we can call him again if we have any concerns.
