Given that Apex is not in Duke Energy territory, it doesn't qualify for their pickup/rebate program - so I was stuck - how do I get rid of this fridge?
After some cursory Googling/calling around - found these folks. Gave them a call on Friday and they got me slotted in for a pickup Monday morning. Their driver came out right on time, hauled the fridge with his dolly onto the liftgate and into the truck. Handed him a $20 and we were good to go. Considering the Town of Apex charges $18 for fridge pickup (and I don't have a dolly) - this was money well spent.
They seem to accept a ton of different stuff and I saw electronics/appliances/etc. in the back of the truck, so I imagine they can get rid of a lot of different things that may be sitting around.
Good experience - would use them again.
