Their profit margins appear to be the only thing that count, and not the health or treatment of our pets. In my opinion they are guilty of outrageous price gouging.

They're very friendly and knowledgeable. I would give all A's.

I am very satisfied with the service that I have gotten at the Animal Hospital at Brier Creek.  I have received very good service as a new customer to the practice.  My animals were treated very well and as their human they were nice to me too.  I also have boarded my dog there and they were very accommodating, I used them over the July holiday and all worked out well.  
They always call the next day after a service is completed checking on their patient as well as asking if the service was acceptable.  I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to others as well.

They were excellent.  We've done boarding with them before as well.

AHBC is great.  We've been with Dr. Goetz, the owner, for years starting before she opened her own clinic.  They are wonderful care providers and very responsive and professional.  I think they are probably more expensive than their competitors which is the only downside.

Doctor Getz is money crazed. Very uncaring toward dog's and two legged folks. I've heard she is a cat person.

I truly feel like my pet is part of the family.  Dr. Goetz even gave me her cell phone number so I could call with any emergencies after the operations.  Dr. Goetz, Dr. Sarvis, Kim, Kristin, Alicia, Jade, and all of the other ladies know how over protective I am with our pup, but they never make me feel like i'm crazy or irrational.  They are always so sweet and comforting.
We had some scheduling issues for a while there where our appointments always seemed to be late, but they corrected the issues and it has been great since.  It can be expensive at times, but I feel like it is worth it for the level of service provided.
I love this place and I know they take care of our dog with the same care that I would.

Their price depends on what they do. My experience with them has been great.

They are friendly. They are accessible. They are there for you. They are very efficient. They are thorough. They have been absolutely amazing.

Michelle personally came up to check Lizzy in and asked if there were special needs. She called when Lizzy was ready to go. Lizzy looked great as usual when I picked her up.
