Andy is very helpful, informative and looks to provide you with answers to your specific questions. After meeting the first time he then comes up with a plan for you that you discuss together. He's intelligent, helpful and very informed. I am very happy with the plan we've come up with. He delineated exactly what services would be provided, encouraged me to ask any and all questions at any time and just simply has provided me with very good financial support. The experience has been good. The agent that contacted me, Mario Gabalda, has been very friendly and patient. I have been traveling and taking a long time to get back to him. He is personable and very helpful in giving very clear instructions as to how to roll over the money that I am looking to roll over. Also, he has offered to give me a lots of teaching about stocks and what not, things that I may wanna know. So, it isn't just investing money but offering to educate me about different things that I am interested in as well. I thought that was nice.
