I did not have to pay anything for this service. I have been with this company for the last five years. There were three workers. The area was left clean. They could lower the prices on their new systems. I have used them in the past for that purpose.

I did not find them on Angie's List. I have been using them for 33 years, actually. I would say that's a while. I have a contract. I don't honestly remember what it cost. Since I have been using them so long I trust them. I think when they do something it is pricey.

My heat went out and it was cold and rainy. Mectro tech came out the same day late in dark to get my heat back on. John did what he could to get my heat to run but my heater coil was gone. He ordered the part within a week and called me to let me know that he had the part and would be back out to install it. He was kind efficient and i would definitely call them again. "My Heat Works"
