I dealt with the owner & a lead estimator primarily. The owner is very helpful and down to Earth. I told him how much other people were trying to charge me and he undercut that price. His workers are very loyal to the company since it is a small family company. Its sometimes hard to get in touch with the owner, but there are many others in the office who can help with minor questions. Everyone is very responsible and capable dealing with questions and the work generally. I'd say they are extremely professional. The work team that came out to actually do the patch were fast and clean. They did the job, were careful about my carpet, and even cleaned up after themselves. The work was perfect - you can't even see where they worked after it was painted. If there had been an issue I feel, confident after speaking with the owner, that he would personally check it out and make it right. I felt I was dealt with very fairly - being a woman - and that the price was great for such a large patch. I highly recommend this company - even for women.
