Don't use these people.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. 11/23 I needed a new key for my vehicle, which also required replacing the engine immobilizer. However, after this work was done, my car never turned over again. When I contacted Andrew, he brushed off the problem, insisting it must be another issue with my vehicle, despite everything working fine before I lost my keys. 12/23 After a month of frustration, I had another mechanic look at it, who confirmed that the starting issue was indeed due to the immobilizer, not some other mystery problem as Andrew claimed. When I reached out to Andrew again, he gave me the runaround, offering no real solutions and even recommending a mechanic who never showed up. Now, several months (3/24) later, I am still without my keys or a working vehicle. I ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and the only issue that would require the vehicle to not start is you guessed it, the Immobilizer. Andrew's latest response was that he needed to consult with his superiors, only to be told not to come back and deal with my issue. This level of disregard for customer service is appalling. Despite Andrews promise to refund half of the cost, I have yet to receive anything. My vehicle remains unable to start, and Andrew refuses to provide any information on how to escalate the issue to his supervisors. At this point, I am considering legal action and reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this unreliable and unprofessional service provider.

I hired this person, Andrew, and he did an excellent job. He was respectful and efficient. The cost, to me, was extremely high, but because it was extremely necessary, I was compelled to pay. Because I am at the very low end of Social Security, it was a struggle.

Alphalocksmith is one of the best if not the best most efficient locksmith around. They make sure the job is done right at a fast pace and a very good price.
