We were very satisfied with the work that was done by Allen and Deans. Even though they were very busy with a recent tornado, they fit us into the schedule for some gutter and drainage work. They fixed the problems and we have had no problems since. I was very satisfied with their work.

I was very happy with the quality of the service initially. Matt came back out when there was a problem with water around the house, and fix the problem. There was going to be an additional charge for this, but I felt the problem should have been included in the initial job. Therefore, I was not charged for the additional service. This is the only reason I did not give "5's" across the board...because I had to negotiate the additional charges.

The quality of work was great and the guards work great. The customer service was poor. Once I told them we wanted them to install the guards. Then never got back to me. I had to contact them over a month later to get them to come out to install
