First off, the product is great. We were having issues with sunlight increasing the temperature in certain places of our house by a full 15-20 degrees at certain times of the day. After having All Pro come out and install the film, the difference is unbelievable. You can literally stand under the windows in full sunlight and not feel any difference.
Now onto the service. I called to get an estimate on a Tuesday morning and the owner was out the next afternoon to look at our needs and take measurements. It was completely pressure free, he offered suggestions but did not push us to get anything we didn't need. We have almost 30 windows in our house and he was perfectly fine installing film on just 7 of them. The estimate was fair and he gave us a few options based on price points. Ultimately the difference between levels was negligible and the higher end product offered all of the features we wanted without adding much to the total price. The installers came out less than a week later and were in and out in a couple hours. They moved furniture and replaced it as needed. The only sign that they had even been here was the increased comfort in the areas they had worked.
She was very thorough in her explanation of the different types of tints available, the pricing, warranties, and even put samples on my car's windows to demonstrate.
I scheduled an appointment, and the appointment was kept, and the job done as promised.
The completed job more than met my expectations, and was done very well. The entire staff that I met and worked with was professional, courtesy, and attentive.
I would highly recommend them for vehicle tinting.
The installation went with out a hitch.
Have been very happpy with the results. Visually the tint looks amazing on my car. And I've noticed a huge difference in how hot the interior gets during the summer.
I contacted Formula One for an estimate for full tinting of our new car. The person on the phone gave me an informative tutorial about the different kinds of tints – those that just darken the interior and those that help keep the interior cooler. I was impressed by her knowledge, so I made an appointment.
The technician put several tint samples on the driver side window and explained the differences and the prices. We selected the tint and the tech told me the price. I expected a tint job to include all of the windows, but it only included the two front doors. The rest of the car would be an additional cost. Although I was upset about it, we were already there so we went ahead with it.
I do have to say that they did a fantastic job on the car; it looks really good. I’d consider them for another tint job, but I’d be very
clear on the price.
