Darrell has always been there when I needed him, even it that required working over a weekend. Since he has decades of experience, repairs are always done right the first time. I like the fact that I deal directly with Darrell and not some rookie working for a large company. He has always treated me fairly. I particularly like the fact that he does not try to "up-sale". He only does what needs to be done and charges a fair price. I have been very pleased.

Everything went great. I had no idea how dirty the systems were until after he cleaned them and I was amazed at the difference. Also he identified an issue during the PM check that would have caused me a big problem once it heated up and was able to fix it while he was there. Your AC is one system in your house that's definitely worth having checked!
