AKA PROFESSIONALS

Needed the gutters on the second story of my house cleaned and also had gutter guards installed (I purchased the gutter guards). I called them up told them that i had about 32 feet of gutters on 2nd story of house front and back(total 64 feet). Kim, guy I worked with, estimated job costing 75-125.(actual price 125). they came out and were able to clean out the front and put the guards on. Had little problem on back cause a hornets nest formed and had a lot of them swarming around. Kim was real nice-he said no problem-if i'd take care of getting rid of the hornets they would come back and finish up. Kim had great communication with me-we kept in contact so when I was able to get rid of the hornets, he came out and finished the job.

We called Kim in Jan or Feb of 2007 to come give us an estimate on staining the deck. He came out within 2 days. Came back with a written estimate and description of work, proof of insurance and licenses, portfolio of his work, information on professional product work. Very professional, very thorough. Told us we would be on the list for when the weather was right. He called us in March, gave us the day he would be out, detailed the process again, showed up on time, did a beautiful job, finished on time, and right on budget.
