Aire Serv of Wake County

This company is contracted through 2-10 home warranty and our experiences have been absolutely awful. Our system is 4 years old, we've had issues with both the cooling and heating systems and they've been out to the house 4 times in the past year. Last year around Thanksgiving the technician claimed he could not fix the a/c because it was told it was too cold and told us to call back in the spring. Well here we are and guess what? The technician filed the claim as resolved and now another payment is wanted. It's been weeks since we've been trying to get someone out here. The same technician comes out each time- he's rude, disrespectful, and obviously cannot maintain/repair a residential system. When my husband requested another technician, we were told he's the only that has time to come to our area and that we will need wait another two weeks. Service was requested in March, it's going to be over 88 degrees next week- in MAY. This experience has made us loathe 2-10 and especially Aire of Wake County. Don't waste your time and money with these crooks.

Had exterior compressor changed at a rental unit. Inside air handler was never inspected, also needed repair, necessitating additional service calls by a company who could handle the job. AireServe wouldn't honor their "we fix it right, or its free" for even the relatively smallreclamation fees
