Air ecperts technician Mark provided a thorough and honest assessment of 1) the condition of my hvac system and 2) determined the source of a separate issue related to a running toilet. Most importantly he confirmed a suspicion i had with another highly rated hvac/plumbing company. This other company (Streamline Services, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical) stated a few months earlierbi had growth in my ductwork and of course suggested follow up work costing over $1,000. However, since my hvac system is about 3 years old i was of course suspicious and contacted Air Experts which I use to service other rental properties i own. They confirmed with pics that there was absolutely no growth in my ductwork or any other component of my hvac system. This alone gives me confidence to use Air Experts for my other rental properties going forward. I will no longer being using the services of the other hvac company.

Kyle came out last week to fix my air conditioner. Seems we had a power surge and a small fire. He diagnosed the trouble and tok care of replacing the condenser and burnt wires. He also saw the antifreeze sensor was melted and he ordered and replaced the circuit board. The board was still working but there were some burnt spots so he replaced it while it was under warranty.

I purchased my HVAC system from Air Experts of Raleigh back in 2017 and have a maintenance contract with them for it. They have very consistently provided a very high level of service at regular maintenance times as well as when I have needed them to check the unit. Shane Collins was out yesterday to look at it - he is a top notch professional, very knowledgeable and able to explain things to me so I understand. Very thankful I went with this company for my HVAC needs!

Gage Blair called to inform me that he was on his way and arrived on time. Gage was hear to service my heating unit and showed me pictures of everything working ok under crawl space. Very nice of him to show me old filter before installing new filter. Very professional with a great attitude.

Have used this HVAC company at a previous property and was pleased with their work/service so we went with them again for a heat pump issue at our new property. Was more than pleased with the service. The tech Preston Honeycutt was thoroughly knowledgeable in his trade and was able to troubleshoot our issue and got our unit running normally all while explaining as he went along. The people at this company from the technicians to the people in the office like Katie and all those who’s name not mentioned are good people and made this another great experience.

Horrible experience! The technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. First technician came. Said it was a board but needed to order but knew there were 56 in stock. Called next day to see when he’s coming and told boards out of stock and didn’t know when they could get one. Dispatch manager Michelle basically said I was lying when I told her what he’d said about them being in stock. Magically later in the day it was in stock! Office staff is HORRIBLE! Rude, disrespectful. Board put in. Heat stopped working again. Now new technician comes out and said it was just a clogged drain. Now the heat will not shut off at all in our house . First no heat. Now the heat won’t turn off. Person who answered the phone had no concern and just expects us to stay in here and die of heat tonight zero stars given to this place

Hvac Let me start by saying I was very reluctant to write this review, because I wanted to give them a chance to correct this situation. However, after the 6th time a brand new $14K HVAC unit goes out in less than 2 months, I feel obligated to warn others not to do business with this company. They have ignored our request to replace this unit and we have not received a response as to when the current unit will be fixed. We are currently still without AC and under an heat advisory in this area! Please beware of this company!

I needed to get an HVAC replacement for the original system in this house (18 years old) and had been putting it off the last few years with bandaids. Finally I decided I was going to replace my system. After doing some research Air Experts H&C stood out from the user reviews so I called them for an estimate. When Craig arrived he demonstrated great knowledge from the onset and was very thorough in walking through every aspect of the options and recommendations. I consulted some other options but ultimately I expected the best service and workmanship out of Air Experts so I went with them. They arrived on time, the technicans were respectful, efficient (worked all the way through until completion), and installed a quality product. The whole experience went very smoothly thanks to Craig, Dustin, and the folks at Air Experts H&C.

Keep adding additional charges and still nothing has been done to fix the issue. Not a very good experience. Overpriced in compare to others and charges a lot of miscellaneous stuff that does not fix the issue. I won't go back again to this company.

The work was performed one week ago. The two techs did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. I can not remember ever having technicians care more about doing everything necessary to "do the job right". They, both, demonstrated knowledge, skill and patience. Yesterday, a Cary Building Inspector came by, and the new equipment easily passed the mechanical and electrical inspection.
