Jose Guerra is an unethical business owner. He has an explosive temper when you hold him to the terms of a contract and does not like dealing with a woman. He did three projects for me. The first one was nice but I later found out he used defective pickets and posts. He agreed to come back replace them but only a few. He knew the wood was defective as I told him about it the day it was delivered . He told me he would not use the def wood but he did thinking I would not catch it. This week he was to come out to replace the defective posts and pickets; he only did a few of them. I asked him for a price to put up two privacy lattice panels at the top of the fence. We agreed to $110 all in. He shows up tells me panels cost more and I would have to pay $136 I said no. He then asked for cash and I said I've pd U by Zelle, he then went into a rage, torn up the check and threw it at me. My neighbor heard him, called the police. I am hiring a co to fix the lousy wk he did ,Pixs wont load

Professional, completed project in a timely manner. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the results and how the deck looked when completed. Very satisfied.

Jose and his workers did a fantastic job installing 200 feet of fence with one double gate and a single gate. Their price was reasonable. They scheduled the job quickly, arrived promptly and completed the job in a couple of days. I'm completely satisfied and will use them again in the future for sure.

We delayed the project several months due to other priorities but Affordable Fencing reviewed the original quote and updated only for cost of materials. Jose was very friendly and easy to work with. We received an updated quote on Christmas Eve and they started the work on the 26th! Despite unlevel terrain, they kept the top of the fence level and back-filled underneath knowing that we have dogs. Hauled away the remains of the rickety old fence and left things cleaned up behind them. Highly recommended!

I would not hesitate to recommend them for any fencing needs. They come on time, work hard and are very pleasant to be around. Responded to my inquiry promptly. I had a tight schedule (one week) and they were able to provide a quote and finish the job on time. The job was installing a gate to an existing aluminum fence. It was basically custom work and I am very happy with the results!

He was timely , professional and did quality work.

I needed help immediately and within a hour my problem was resolved. it took him 5 minutes to change a battery in my smoke alarm that had been chirping for 7 hours. He had to travel from Southern Raleigh to Fuquay Varina and paid a fee to Home Advisor for the referrel, so unfortunately I was charged $75. I was grateful he came at all to fix my small job.

Was willing to do jobs in different areas - siding, painting, fencing with equal ability and willingness. Gave extra effort to find a match for our siding.

Jose showed up when he said he would for the estimate. He also showed up when he said he would to begin the repair. By the looks of the repair, Jose did a good job, cleaned up after himself, and in now way tried to do work that was not needed. He was a pleasure to work with.

Jose did a great job listening to how we wanted our fence installed. He had great suggestions and was able to build it exactly as we wanted. The fence was built on site rather than installing pre-built sections from a home store. It follows the slope of our backyard and is perfectly parallel to our house which was important for us. The gates were custom designed and open/close perfectly. They finished our project within a week and did a great job with cleanup. They do decks as well and we are very impressed with the quote In and Out have provided us so we will be scheduling that soon. Very good guys!

Jose came out to look at the jobs I needed done which included: 1. Repair/remount of two wall lights that had pulled away from the wall due to their weight. 2. Repair of chains to ceiling fan. 3. Reinstallation of smoke detector. The following day all items were taken care of in a professional manner. Jose arrived on time and was polite and explained the repairs as he worked on them. I decided to install a new smoke detector instead of reinstallation of an old one. All went very well and I would be happy to hire Jose again!
