It was great. We’ve actually used them before. We’ve used the owner to a couple of houses we bought. We’re just really happy with him that’s why we keep going back to him. He’s really punctual by getting back to people. He is very upfront about what he needs to do, what his prices are, and his prices are very reasonable compared to some of the chains like family and all those other ones. We’ve been really happy with the service we’ve gotten from him.

Called Austin on a Tuesday and left a message. He got back to me within a hour! Then, he was able to do the carpets the next day! This was great for us since we had our final walk through in just a few days. Austin showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do. I was very happy with the results. The carpets looked awesome, and he was even able to get out a bad stain that had been there for years! I'm very pleased with the overall price, quality, and great customer service Austin provided! I would definitely recommend Austin to everyone!  I will also definitely be using him again in the future!

               The provider was very professional.  Explained the procedure and did a great job.

My experience overall was great. I was very satisfied. It was the second time they had come over to clean the carpets for us.

I have a rental property that the tenants moved out unexpectedly and left the carpet a mess.  The carpet was only 2 years old.  I found Affordable Carpet Care on Angie's List and called him up.  After talking to Austin he seemed very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and sincere in his desire to do a good job.   I had the property unlocked for him and did not see him or the job until he was finished and gone.  The carpets looked great.  He did an excellent job.  I am planning on having him do our residence now.

I have used him for the second time now and will not go anywhere else, did a great job cleaning and getting out some stains from a new puppy we got 8 months ago.  Answers quickly and is very efficient on the job.  Great value, great person to talk to and very knowledgeable about his business

Affordable Carpet Care is very friendly. He explains everything that he's going to do. He explained all the charges and any discounts that he offers. we're very happy with him. He's very easy to get in touch with. he's very quick at calling back if you have to leave a message. He's very customer oriented. He doesn't do anything you asked him not to do. He's fabulous.

I have been using Alston's services for about four years.  I call him about every 2-3 months to clean either the carpet in my home or the carpet at an apartment around the corner that I use when I rent out my home.  This time he came to the apartment. I have three dogs and I am a fanatic about keeping the floors cleaned and he has never let me down.  He has great prices and is a genuinely good person.  His cleaning skills are impeccable and I highly recommend him. I have referred him to others.  I just joined Angie's list, so I will be sure to leave feedback each time he comes out.  I could easily leave four years of great feedback too! :o)

Overall went well, called before he came and was on time like he said, did this all on a Saturday as well to accomodate our schedule.

You could not ask for a more dedicated, loyal person. If you call on a Monday or Tuesday you get a 10% discount. He's just phenomenal!

The guy's name was Austin Heath.  He was really good.  I think he does upholstery, but we didn't use him for that. 

He did a fantastic job. He was really upfront and honest with me. He was very dedicated and knowledgeble too. I thought my rug was wearing out, but he told me it was just a seam and that I could have someone fix it. This was great because my husband and I thought we would have to replace the entire rug.
