I was happy with with my rental repairs and am in the process of buying a new home.  I mentioned this to Wayne and told him work we needed to have done in the future (TV mounts, potential patio, and some ceiling fans hung).  He provided me a hourly quote over the phone which seems pretty fair.

Wayne did in fact tell our mgmt company we are planning to move prior to us formally telling them which was slightly perturbing but I would be willing to give them another shot despite this.

Wayne returned my calls immediately, gave me a ball park estimate over the phone, was able to schedule the work quickly (within three days for a non emergency request), arrived promptly, completed the work quickly for the cost that was estimated. Wayne was very professional at all times, and a very pleasant guy as well! I plan to call on him again as needed.

Excellent!!! Although the company's primary job is home maintenance, Wayne allowed us to take the lawn mower to his home. He had to special order the cable that needed replacing, but he kept me informed all along the way. When the mower was returned (Wayne delivered it), not only was the cable replaced but Wayne had resharpened the blade, and lubed the gear box. The mower had been cleaned up also. This has been a great experience. I plan on using Aero-Tech in the future for home repair.

He did a great job. They were very easy to work with and did quality work. We would recommend them and use them again.

Fantastic! Mr. Combs went above and beyond servicing the mower. We certainly did not expect him to clean the exterior, wheels included, or to return it with gas/oil.

MY HOUSE IS OLD SO I WAS GLAD THAT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A LECTURE ABOUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. I REALLY LIKED THEM BECAUSE THEY DID THE JOB WITHOUT COMPLAINING.
