"This Living Social Deal ONLY included the exterior surface of the house only and it stated that very clearly at the time of purchase. Other areas like a deck, sidewalk, and driveway can be added for an additional cost at the time of service. I spoke with the customer after the power wash by phone and email and there was no mention of ANY missed spots — so that claim is false. The only thing the customer is upset about is his patio which was not covered under the Living Social deal that the customer purchased. Unfortunately, this service is not free as it takes additional time to clean these surfaces. In addition, we were already bending for the customer because he was out of our service area to begin with. It is very unprofessional to give a bad review because the customer did not get the additional service free of charge."
