My experience was very good. We worked with George and he was fabulous to work with. He was really good to work with. He was very personable and professional. We financed our house through him. It was all part of the finance package.

The experience was very good and I am not really sure of their fee since it probably was included in the mortgage. They were responsive, quick and professional. Their personal touch really stood out. The guy we spoke with was very communicative and we felt like we got to know our lender.

Kurt was organized and drove this refinance across the finish line in a very professional manner. The rate he got for us was fantastic, and the bank ended up paying for all closing costs and then some. His recommendation of closing attorneys was great too (Gold Law). Kurt got approval quickly (the house appraisal was the critical path item that could have slowed the process, but Kurt was able to find another appraiser to get the appraisal done fairly quickly), and there were no surprises along the way. I'd highly recommend Kurt at AccessOne.

Bill got me a refinance rate on my personal residence that was unbelievable with little closing costs. My closing attorney said it was the lowest rate of any kind they had seen in their 30 year career, and my rate is fixed! Bill made it easy and did everything he said he would.
