Bob is thorough, competent, timely, professional, flexible, and easy to work with - we couldn't be happier! We had to postpone the home inspection on very short notice per the builder's request and Bob was gracious and understanding about rescheduling his time. He explains his findings as he completes a section of his review. If there is a significant issue, Bob takes the time to show what and where concerns him, what would result if left uncorrected, and how the correction can best be made. We wondered if a new home construction near completion was necessary - let me tell you, it is! His service charge is fair and varies based on square footage. His review took 3.5 hours and a detailed report complete with pictures evidencing his concern was provided within 24 hours. The builder appreciated his help identifying issues because Bob's approach is both friendly and supportive.
