It was ok. I am not sure about price, I have not had the work done by anyone else. I do have a peace of mind knowing the house is termite free. I had to reach out to them to schedule the work. I would not use them mainly because of the scheduling agent. They do not seem enthusiastic about the deal or the distance they would have to travel. They could have reached out to me instead of me having to reach out. I would like a written report when they work was completed and that summarized what they did. I did not receive a written document of what they did.

He did a good a job, but the customer service of the manager is not nice. The technician was good, he called and left a message, I called right back and got the manager. The manager was not very professional and she is not very polite her name is Nancy. They are saying I owe $130.00 I don't know where that charge came from. He came out 2 times.

He did the job well and on time.

I want to be as gracious as possible, yet explain the issues.  I believe that Aardvark is a good company, run by good people, and in the end they did a good job.
There were several problems that had to do with clear communication both with me and with Angie's List.  The issue may have been more the result of the way someone presented Angie's List to the provider than an issue with the provider.  I was not involved in that so I can't say for sure.  The problem for me came when Angie's List listed this service as termite inspection and treatment for something like $150.  I paid that and expected that to be the service provided.  When they came they said their agreement with Angie's list was that they'd do an inspection, but not treatment for that price.  I had already had an inspection and only needed the treatment.  After many e-mails and phone calls they agreed to do the treatment, but it cost me another $125.
So, I did not get the service that was listed on Angie's List as what would be provided for the price on Angie's List..  but, I did get the service for a good price.
The owner claims that the communication was the result of poor communication on the part of an Angie's List salesperson.  Angie's List takes no responsibility and said the owner signed an approval of the ad as it was written.
So, you the reader can decide.  Just be sure you know what you're paying for and what you're getting when you buy a deal here on Angie's List to make sure you do get what you pay for.

It was great. They were very communicative, very responsive. It worked out just fine. I think our plan is to use them next year.

Matt, our Aardvark service tech, has been very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Based upon our experience with him we would continue to use Aardvark.

They always call to schedule quarterly treatments and they show up on time.
The same goes for our yearly termite inspection. We have the same
service man each time, which is nice because I don't feel like a
stranger is in and around our house every time they show up.

Aardvark Exterminating Co. did a good job but we really wished they had come at the appointed time so that we could have been here. We wanted them to come at a particular time but they came before that time. Their work was good so I would use their services again in the future.
