They are fine. They are good. The problem is that Ford does not allow parts to be sold separately so when I couldn’t get a key out of my car, I had to replace the entire assembly because Ford doesn’t sell it n pieces, so I had a small piece break and it cost me $500 to my car key out of my car.

Every time I stop in to try to get an oil change, there is a big wait. So I have not yet used their services. It is likely a decent place but is not good if you are looking to and quot;drop inand quot;. Make an appointment.

AAA Carolinas is great. They are timely, good customer care and well prices. They have a good waiting room.

They are very helpful and even though I am not an AAA member they still will service my car. They are always friendly and efficient. They work hard to guarantee customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to others.

It was very well done. It is the best alignment that I had on my car. I didn't have to touch the steering wheel. They did a very good job. They took the car on a test drive to make sure it was done right.

When my daughter took her car to them, they first checked the car and then replaced the timing belt. The next day or so, the car made the same noise as before. So, my daughter took her car back to them and they said that she had to replace the engine which would cost around 4000 $ to 5000 $. That’s when I took her car to a dealer and they checked the problem. The guy said that it was a timing belt problem and fixed it by putting a new timing belt, which cost us around 100 $. I will never take my vehicle back to AAA Car Care Center and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Very new building, well designed with kid's play area, 2 internet PCs, and fast wi-fi. Staff extremely helpful, friendly, prompt, thorough. I usually go with the overpriced dealer service because they can be held accountable, but am switching to these guys. Skeptical, I took my MPV in for an estimate, which came back lower than the dealer's but had additional recommended work. I researched it and it sounded justified, so I took it back for the work. They finished 45 minutes ahead of the promised time and below the estimate. Quality of the work remains to be seen, but I am hopeful. I also joined AAA for the 10% discount--this was low pressure. Sold on their AAA accountability and warranty. Not sure why the Avent Ferry location had a negative review on Citysearch; it sounded like a crank or competitor with no specifics.
