David gave me a quote without looking at what all was involved, which I thought was odd. He was to replace rotted wood in a couple of places and once he got there, his guys determined the wood was not rotted, but just needed painting. Based on that, I felt the estimate should be reduced since no wood would be replaced. He would not budge on the price and I felt I was way overcharged for the small amount of painting his guys did.

David gave an estimate that was not accurate. He saw the work, but failed to fully document the work that needs to be done. It was my mistake to accept the unfinished estimate and go forward. The final amount paid was 2X the estimate that was given in estimate. 

They were good and on time. They were very helpful and I would hire them again. I just feel like I paid a little too much for the services that were perform, because of the miscommunication that was needed.

David was easy to work with and appreciated that we were on a tight schedule (selling a house) and worked with us to get our siding and trim repairs done quickly and very well. He was quick to initially get us a quote and always picked up the phone or called back soon. Would recommend his services to anyone!

Work generally good quality except for certain subs; e.g., roof: he didn't watch for quality, more just interested in getting it done. Casual approach: didn't seem to worry much unless pushed. Occasionally didn't show when promised and unresponsive. His direct employees were great -- trustworthy and committed to quality. Charged for reinstalling lights he'd taken down for painting. Costs competitive if on high side.
