I've just got a different car so I haven't had to take it. They are good. I've had them for a long time. Until I need an oil change because I get the first two free from where I bought the car. They are very nice to me. They do free things for me sometimes.

Ray called us immediately after locating the problem with the thermostat which they fixed in a timely fashion.  My wife drove the care the next day and it was still overheating.  We brought the car back, they gave us a loaner and then diagnosed the problem as the water pump. Ray was very apologetic about not getting the problem fixed correctly the first time we only had to pay for the water pump and he assumed the labor charge.  Very professional and concerned that we were satisfied with the job.  Have referred him to several people in our apartment complex.

Nice ambience in very clean, neat waiting area (crossword puzzle books instead of the usual drivel!). Fresh coffee available and a small kitchen. Nice "front office" staff, well spoken with good grammar and social skills, adept at explaining mechanical problems and quick to say "not needed" when work doesn't need to be done. The work goes on out of sight and largely out of hearing - no grease smell or garage sounds. In my case, a full day's work was required and I was given a nice "loaner" for the day at no extra charge. I believe these folks to be scrupulously honest. They have an excellent website which has collected many outstanding reviews.

Very helpful, much cheaper than estimate received from another repair shop. Were able to get the car in/out on the same day..

I took my vehicle to Aand J Automotive to repair the AC on my Toyota minivan, which was not working. For a while, it had been working intermittently but then it quit working altogether. Aand J charged me $140 to recharge the compressor, which I didn't think was the problem based on the symptoms, but I trusted them based on previous work they had done. When the AC continued not to work, I took it back to Aand J. They charged me $80 more to diagnose the problem and said the compressor needed to be replaced at a charge of $1100. I asked them to refund the $140 they had charged me since recharging the compressor was obviously the wrong fix the first time. They refused so I then took the car to Creech's. They said that only the compressor clutch was bad and replaced it for under $500, including diagnosis. The AC has been working fine for over 2 months with no problems. Aand J should have offered to just replace the clutch and should have refunded the $140 since they preformed the wrong repair the first time. I won't be back.

I USE THEM BECAUSE I TRUST THEM WITH ALL MY VEHICLES. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND THEIR WORK. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK.
