Appliance Repair
We had been instructed by Samsung to call Affordable Appliance and wait for the repair service to call us back with appointment times. It took 3 or 4 phone calls to get a response from Affordable Appliance in Raleigh NC. One appointment was made, but the repairman did not show up. We made another appointment. On the day of that appointment, a representative for Samsung who tracks their repairs called me to find out if we had been able to make an appointment with this company. He said that he (from Samsung!) could not get Affordable Appliance to return his calls and was worried that we might not get reliable service. The Samsung representative told me to call Affordable Appliance and cancel the service call. He took it upon himself to find another company for us to use. UNFORTUNATELY, Affordable Appliance is the ONLY Samsung-certified repair company in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Small Appliance Repair
Absolutely HORRIBLE and worst service I have ever received. Company came out and "forgot" to get pertinent information pertaining to my repair. They neglected to call me with repairs.... I had to hunt them down for them. When I called, he told me he "forgot" and when I asked if he would send someone by to obtain the information needed to repair it he said "no". He said it was one of two possible parts..... so I asked him to please give me the two possible part numbers so that I could solve the problem. He said "I am not giving that out." So I asked him what he planned to do, and he said "nothing".
BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!
I called back to make sure I had the appropriate company before writing this review and their office staff said, "that's fine, we don't care...." well clearly they don't care enough to deserve your money either.

Appliance Repair
VERY bad. First visit replaced a thermistor. Dryer stopped working. Replaced motherboard. Display stopped working. Replaced display. Display still does not function correctly.
