+ 0 moreThe folks at A-1 Pump and Water Conditioning were able to come to my home the same day I called them and had the problem fixed in about an hour and a half. They opened my well and found a cracked pipe which was spewing water inside the well. They replaced the failed pipe and installed a new faucet. While they were there, they checked my pressure tank and system and adjusted the pressure. They were very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have complete trust in this company and would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: My well pump was running every 8 minutes, even when I was not using water. I needed this problem diagnosed and repaired.

Description of Work: I have used this company many times and I am always impressed by there knowledge and service. Its surprising how many plumbing companies offer well service, but actually have very limited knowledge. A-1 is unquestionably the BEST. My last experience was an emergency call on a Saturday morning. They called back within an hour and were here 1-1/2 hrs later. They pulled the pump (300') and repaired a chaffed wire. $200.00. Could not be happier.

+ 0 moreA-1 said they would call us the night before they would be out to service our water softening system, and it would either be on Tuesday evening to come out on Wednesday or Wednesday evening to come out on Thursday. We did not receive a call on either day. I fact, we did not receive a call AT ALL. Extremely rude and unprofessional. :(

+ -1 moreOur water started to really slow down. They came out and diagnosed it as a worn out pump and were unsure what the exact cause was. They said it could be excessive sediment wearing the pump. The next week we called them and they came out the next day to do the work. My wife was home when they did it and she said they never gave a good explanation of what the problem was. i was hoping they could figure it out when they pulled the bad pump, but no such luck. Did I mention that they replaced my pump, pressure tank and switch 5 years previously. I was hoping they could give me a reason for why the pump failed early, but they never did.
Description of Work: Replaced submersible pump. Pump previously installed by them only lasted 5 years.
