Our experience with them was fine.  They did a very good job.  We would use them again.  I thought it was a fair price for what they did and it wasn’t an extraordinarily high amount.  I wasn’t here when they came.

They do not disturb the grassy area around the septic always careful to remove the cover and place in where it will not damage the area around there work. I have been using this company for at least 25 plus years and would recommend them to everyone who has a septic system or grease trap.

It was very positive and I would go back to them in a heartbeat. They were professional and they did the job. They didn't mess around or try to charge me for extra stuff. They explained what they were doing and it was just very complete.

Did a great job. No mess or damage to shrubs. In and out quickly, did a thorough job, and provided maintenance tips.

I called in the morning and was given an appointment the same day, with approximate time of between 2:30 and 4:00. They arrived at about 3:00. They pried off the septic tank cover, which had been sealed shut by a previous service provider. The pumping took about 30 minutes. They advised me to have it pumped annually for several years to remove build-up (we had only had the septic tank pumped 2-3 times in 25 years), then about every two years to maintain. They were polite, professional and informative. I was impressed that, when backing their truck up my slightly difficult-to-navigate driveway, they didn't run over the lawn, as often happens with other service providers

Bill and his team are extremely professional. He gave me a lesson on how a septic tank worked and how to maintain they system. He also pointed out to me that my water treatment system was constantly sending water into the septic tank and that it was going to cause wet spots in the yard. He suggested that the water treatment backflow be rerouted from the septic tank to a natural area to avoid any issues. Great Service! Highly recommend.

Called and left message on a Friday that was never returned. Called the following week and they were able to schedule appointments as early as same day. Booked one for later in the week and they showed up right on time. Very friendly and efficient. Price ended up being a little higher than quoted due to second baffle tank that had a buried lid. Even w/locating the lid and digging it up, entire process took less than 30 minutes.

They were very responsive. They were here when they said they would be here. They called to let us know if their plans changed. They were pleasant to work with.

I just called the people. They came out with a septic tank and they were done very fast, within 2 hours. I was very satisfied with the service. And so far so good for the septic tank.

Bill and his crew showed up when they promised and went right to work. He gave me a quick lesson on septic tank maintenance and informed me of the best product to use to avoid further root damage. I was pleased that their equipment allowed them to stay off our lawns (long hoses!). They were professional and friendly and cleaned up after the job. This is a group of hard working, kind men.
