Fresh Starts Cleaning Service

I had hired Erin for a move out clean to sell a house. I chose her because she had good recommendations here on Angie's list. The house was entirely getting repainted and new carpets so walls and carpets didn't need attention. Also in her move out package, sweeping the garage is included. I told her not to worry about the garage because I still had items stored in it. She cleaned my refrigerator and the bathrooms very well. However, there was no dusting done. The cabinets in the kitchen had not been wiped out. The floors in the kitchen and the bathroom were not mopped. I emailed her immediately after seeing this the next day. She has still not responded. This was unfortunate because I am currently having to clean out the rest of the house myself. I am unable to have the house shown by the realtor until this is done. I needed to hire someone to clean the house for me because I am tied up with our move to a new house. She may be wonderful at light weekly cleaning, but I do not recommend her for any move out cleaning. I could have paid myself $99 to clean the refrigerator and bathrooms.

After trying (and being disappointed by) a few other cleaning companies in the area I called Fresh Start and haven't looked back!Erin is a true professional but also personable and a truly great woman. I have had Fresh Start come to my home 4 times now and every cleaning has been extremely thorough with even extra care given when I have asked (like deep cleaning one room's carpets or helping me work on scratches on certain surfaces) 
Erin will work with your schedule and I have come to trust her so much that I have no problem leaving her alone at my house to run and pick up my son or run errands. Our house takes about 3 hours, is $75 and it is so worth it!

I needed someone to clean my house every month and was looking around for a good and trustworthy cleaner.  I contacted Fresh Start Cleaning and was told by Erin that she would arrive between 11am and noon.  She came right at 11am and got straight to work.  She worked hard and when I came back home I noticed everything was extremely clean!  I was very impressed by Erin's work and would definitely recommend others to use this company.  She arrived at 11am and left around 3pm.
