It is a very tedious process but was handled very professionally. The walk-in shower installer and overall foreman did an outstanding job -- very professional, respectful, and very meticulous in his work. The job may have been completed sooner if he had some assistance, but he handled everything in a thorough, efficient manner.
All other workers (plumber and painters) were very professional in their areas of expertise.
Ms. Dee Inman, owner, was very helpful in assisting me with this big project (selecting the appropriate shower, paint, accessories). She is also very professional and ensures good customer service is provided.

Ms. Inman was extremely responsive, professional and personable to deal with. My calls were answered promptly. She quickly provided an estimate for the work I wanted done and was quick in scheduling the work to be done. Her crew was very timely, polite and professional and I am extremely pleased with the new carpet in my master bedroom. I hope to be using Floors To Go for other work I want done in my house. She does not only flooring, but electrical work, bathroom and kitchen renovations, etc.

I had a bathroom floor that had a peal in the vinyl which led to water damage to the subfloor. It was obviously not installed correctly by the builder. James Locklear and Jerimiah and Floors to Go did a fantastic job on the repair. They were fair on the price, professional and timely. The floor looks great. I will definitely look to them for any future improvements.

Dee Inman was phenomenal in her customer service, communication and satisfaction concern! Her company has performed numerous jobs on a house that I have been trying to sell.
I am active duty Army and stationed in Texas. She has no issue taking charge of my rental home, telling me what it needed (and what it didn't) and managing all of the work for it. She sent me progress pictures of the flooring and all of the general contract work (windows, walls fixed etc). She even offered her services for being there when a foundation contractor requested someone to be on site during his inspection. She provided one of her amazing crew members to stand by in my place!
I am 100% satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone in need of not only flooring but just general handyman work around their home. Dee is thorough, fast and extremely respectful!

We had our carpet replaced with laminate flooring in the living and dining room. We also had the carpeting replaced in our master bedroom with new carpeting. From beginning to end Floors to Go was awesome to work with. Kina was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select what we wanted. She was forthcoming in making suggestions and asking questions which is exactly what we needed. Her customer service was top notch. The installers showed up for our appointments as scheduled and were very good at their trade. In today's times good customer service is so hard to come by. Their entire staff was top notch! Normally, when we do a large project like this we will get a couple of estimates and then make our decision which company to go with. I was so impressed with this Floors to Go I didn't even request an estimate with any other company. I felt for the products we were getting and their expertise and customer service I was satisfied. We love our new flooring!! Can't wait to start on our kitchen and yes we will be using this Floors to Go!!

My husband and I could not be any happier with the experience we had with Floors to Go in Raeford NC. If I had to choose one word to describe the service it would be SUPERB!! We wanted hardwood floors in our living room and hallway leading to our bedroom and knew that it was a project we shouldn't attempt on our own. Upon walking into the showroom at Floors to Go we were greeted by Kina a very pleasant and helpful staff member. Kina listened to our ideas and asked questions we hadn't thought of i.e.: do you have indoor pets/kids. With the answers to those questions and more we decided hardwood would not be the best choice for us. With our likes and dislikes in mind Kina pointed out several samples for us to consider and allowed us to take the samples home to compare with our existing décor. This process continued until we found the perfect match for us. Kina was so patient with us as we looked through what felt like EVERY single sample (probably twice). Djuna, another amazing asset of the Floors to Go team, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selection, offering insight that was essential in our decision making. Now the fun part begins, measurements, demolition of the carpet and hardwood floors of our front door entrance, hallway, and living room. James, the installation manager, personally came out and double checked our measurements for accuracy and gave us recommendations for some options to help the flooring flow better throughout the house. Junior and JR were the gentlemen that did the demo of the existing carpet and the section of hardwood floors we wanted replaced!! QUICK and CLEAN!! They also did the installation of the new flooring. They did such an amazing job and were very pleasant to be around. James periodically checked in on the progress throughout the entire job to ensure the highest quality. The final step was to have the baseboards and shoe molding painted. The painters went above and beyond to make everything sparkle. They even took the extra time to retouch some spots on the doors that my dogs decided we a scratching post. For us, it's the little things that count. Having pride in the job you do and not just doing a job. Dee, the president of this location, has such an amazing team at her fingertips. You can tell that the pride in team flows straight from the top. Floors to Go is a top quality, above and beyond, go the extra mile team and we highly recommend them to anyone considering flooring. They also do countertops, cabinets, painting, remodeling, vinyl siding, pressure washing, windows, remodeling, repair and much much more...... Please spread the word, we want everyone to experience what we did with Floors to Go!!

This company provided excellent service. The painting, countertops, backsplash, and laminate flooring were beautiful. Customer service from Dee was outstanding. Dee was involved with every detail of the work. I would definitely recommend this service to others. I am about to schedule more work to my baster bedroom and bath.

Diane and her staff are great in store. Diane came out for estimate and the estimate was well within our budget. We had vinyl sheet flooring installed in kitchen and 2 bathrooms and carpet installed in master bedroom. Price included demo of existing tile in bathrooms, removal of old carpet etc..... Highly recommend.

Carpet team did a good job of removing old carpet and installing new carpet. Laminate job was OK. Installation took longer than quoted. Some boards installed were scratched. I should have shopped around prior to securing services with this organization.

The service was fine as they had very good follow-up and they brought back a Swiffer type applicator and two pads as a gift. This was the Mohawk Hardwood Floor Care Kit. They sent a thank you card for allowing them to do the work 6 weeks later. They even moved the furniture when doing the work. They will be doing a 27 by 22 master bedroom in the future with the hardwood flooring as well.

I highly recommend this company. From the moment we walked into their showroom/store, we were impressed. The prices were competitive when compared to other companies. The staff was friendly and the estimate and measurements were completed the same day that we visited the store. The estimate was beyond reasonable since we were essentially replacing all of the flooring in our four bedroom/split level home (minus 1 bedroom and all 3 bathrooms). The two gentleman that installed our flooring definitely were professionals and highly skilled at their trade. They were accommodating with my personal schedule. We couldn't start too early because I had school drop offs. They managed to complete the job in this old split level home in 4 business days. When these two started to work...there were no breaks with exception of lunch. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

The installers, painters and repair people were at my house when they said they would be and were completed very quickly. I would be happy to use them again! The owners are super easy to work with and listen to your concerns. They are very hands on owners. They were a plessure!
