Floors To Go (Raeford,Hope Mills, NC)

Fabulous. They were extremely helpful on the phone, setting up times & giving estimates based on prospective carpets. The same level of courtesy from staff at the showroom to confirm the color and type of carpet. The installers showed up ON TIME! and were done that same morning. They moved out the bedroom furniture and no scrapes on the door jams. When they left there was absolutely nothing for me to clean up after and it was all set for my house guests to enjoy. The carpet is as described, installation flawless. I'll definitely go back to them for my next project.

Went great and on time. They carpeted about 15 vacant apartments and was done on time and the work was superior. The customer service was outstanding and the installers were very professional. Thank you Floors to Go , Dee and staff. Definitely recommend them.

It took a while to coordinate the preliminaries; picking the wood, getting an estimate and ordering the specific style we wanted.
The installation date was in the same week the wood arrived.  The installers, two brothers, James and Jeremiah were amazing.
They were masters of their craft, worked quickly, and finished the job in one day.  Check thes guy out.

They were very kind and professional. Did everything they promised and more! They were there when promised and even finished a little earlier than estimated. They cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. It's been 6 months now and I have had no issues with any work they have done at all! I would and have recommended them!!

When we decided to have the carpet replaced in our home, we called Floors to Go. They previously installed ceramic tile throughout our kitchen and greatroom and we were extremely pleased with the work. When we went into the store place the order, the sales staff was courteous and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about their products. After looking at a small square of my selection, I was a little unsure about the choice. I was then escorted to the back and shown a large roll of the carpet I had chosen. The larger size made a big difference so I stuck with it. When the installers arrived, they were also very courteous. We were impressed with how quickly they removed the old carpet and padding. They said they would return the following day at 8:00 AM to complete the job. They arrived on time, completed the job, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our new carpet and are already planning to call them for another project. Floors To Go does GREAT work at a GREAT price!!!

.They came into my home on Thursday at 9:30A.M. (8/08/2013) to pull up the carpet in the dining room, and half of the living room by lunch time they had removed the furniture and the carpet in the rooms listed above and placed the laminated flooring completed in the dining room and half of the living room. After lunch, the had completed the rest of the living room and the front hallway. The following morning @ 9:30A.M. they arrived to removed the carpet in the Master Bedroom and closet in the master bedroom, 2nd hallway and closet in the hallway. Replaced the carpet with laminated flooring and approximately between the hours 3:00 and 3:30 ,they had completed the job and I was very proud of the out come

We were very pleased with them as the store front were very educated and helped us pick up the carpet we needed to fit our family needs including lots of animals. They hire contractors and I was very impressed with the whole process.

Floors To Go responded immediately, were very competitive as far as price, and after comparing to others the quality and the way in which they are going to do the work, we decided to go with Floors To Go.

We finally decided to remodel our kitchen. We went to Floors to Go after looking around at other floor stores in the Fayetteville area. I believe in getting the most for my hard earned money. Floors to go had the luxury vinyl that we wanted and their price was $300-$400 cheaper than others stores in the area.
My project was suppose to start at 0900, but the company called to say the installers were running a little late. I appreciated the phone call. The two men came in apologize for being a little late. They assured me that they were going to take care of everything. They moved my appliances carefully (they are new) and began their work. I came to the front a couple of times to see how the work was going and I was very pleased with their work ethics. They worked well together and efficiently. The next time I came to the front the floor was laid, but the grout had not yet been put in. I was amazed at how beautiful my floor looked. The installers were great and the sales team was so kind. I love my floors. Thanks Floors to Go.
I gave them an A on punctuality, because they did call to let me know the installer was running late.
